I tried their Caesar salad today and it was so fresh- a perfect amount of dressing and they didn’t skimp on the protein! The pizza is always the best and their garlic bread rocks. “There are a lot of things I love about the food you sell. Great cheese selection though I notice it is getting smaller. I love the bread and rolls, however I have noticed the baugettes have shrunk about 10" and the seeded ones are thinner and overcooked. Love the tomato pie but its taste is not as good as it was a year ago. Roasted peppers are always a favorite along with the sesame chicken and chicken salad and soups. I am disappointed that you no longer carry Serano prosciutto, that was the best, now I have to go elsewhere to get it!“

“My friend and I visited West Chester today for the first time and stopped in here, our first time at Insomnia as well. The gentleman working let us know there would be a bit of a wait as it was Valentine’s Day and they were crazy busy. We left and went back a bit later and it was so worth the wait. The two guys were both working SO hard but when we were waited on, he was so kind and sweet, you would have never guessed how stressed and busy they were if you didn’t see them running around like crazy. And the cookies are amazing too.“

“Great food, great drinks, and always a good vibe. It’s one of those places you can count on for a fun night out. The staff is always friendly and everything we’ve had there has been really good.

I also want to give them a shoutout for supporting the community. I work for the Crime Victims’ Center and they generously donated food for one of our events in February and gave us gift cards to raffle at our big event in September.
