I have been a regular and loyal customer at the Great Pumpkin for 15+ years. The store has a very knowledgable, attentive staff and high quality products. They will special order many products which they do not regularly stock, which is something larger chain health food stores will rarely, if ever, do. The store's convenient location just outside of the center of West Chester means the store is easily accessible both to people who live inside and outside the Borough of West Chester and parking is never an issue.

What a hidden gem!! I drove past this store so many times, I'm so glad I finally stopped in after ordering my Bobby at capriotti's!! This is such a friendly, community-oriented store! They have a nice selection of Gluten-free and other healthy snacks for the allergic people in my family, some organic veggies from local farmers, local baked cookies and hummus and salsa, handcrafted essential oils, soaps, beauty products... and an enormous selection of holistic vitamins and supplements!
