Very well executed oyster bar. Every seafood item I've gotten has been above average. One of the handful of PA-only liquor licensed places where I couldn't tell based on the quality of the drinks. Have been here often and would come again.

I want to preface by saying I’ve been to Greystone more than a handful of times, I used to consider it one of my favorite dining spots in WC.
Tonight we had dinner outside, food taste overall was okay with portion sizing being notably smaller. We started with the firecracker shrimp this came slapped on a plate with a side of spicy mayo, no garnish, no greens the presentation was actually comical.
Someone had the fried flounder platter there was a ridiculous amount of French fries with the smallest piece of flounder I’ve ever seen, it had to be under 3 oz of fish. The Caesar salad as an entree was also extremely small.
I’m not sure if the shift in menu and portions is due to rising costs that everywhere is experiencing, but personally I rather have seen an increase of pricing on the menu than what we experienced tonight. There’s ways to consolidate and adjust to inflation and the way they’ve approached it is simply not it. It’s really disappointing to see another restaurant that was previously excellent fall short and from the look of the crowd there on a Sunday night I don’t think I’m alone in my opinion.
I will also note considering how slow it was the service was extremely slow, our waitress was great and engaged with our table but definitely felt slightly forgotten about being outside.
It’s really Unfortunate. I don’t see Greystone being around for long unless they take serious action and adjust.

Great dining on the street in nice weather. The location and height are such that cars are literally driving past your table, but after a free minute it's fun. They have local beers on tap as well as an extensive cocktail menu. And lastly, the food is quite good, ranging from sandwich plates to steaks and oysters.

Went to Greystone tonight and Anna and Angela were so friendly and personable! They made me and my friends time there so much more than a food and drink experience. They took the time to stop and talk to us which made our night. We will for sure be back!!! Also - the drinks made by Anna were on point!

Went here recently and our experience wasn’t the best. We specifically sat at the bar for martinis and instantly the vibes were off. The bartender took awhile to give us menus, then we had to wait for a manager to ask us if we were ready to order. The bartender seemed slightly intoxicated as she broke a glass right in front of us and didn’t clean it up. Service just seemed shallow compared to previous visits.

I just moved to the area and I was walking in town searching for a lunch spot to eat at. I used to live above greystone yet never had the chance to try it.
Unfortunately as I was approaching the restaurant today, I overheard an employee bashing another staff member outside the restaurant. I didn't hear everything she was saying, but she was incredibly rude and loud yelling at this person.
I only overheard her say how she doesn't want a man working here and they only want women and kept telling him to go home. I'm a woman but I was appalled at this behavior towards another person. It seemed very sexist.
I'm sad I didn't get to try this place, I was really looking forward to it but I do not feel like this place has a good atmosphere based on overhearing how she was speaking to this person on top of previous reviews about poor staff behavior that I've read so far. I love West Chester and their restaurants but I don't condone bullying in any form.

Luke’s service was great, he recommended two amazing different types of oysters. The food was great. Drinks were good as well. Luke was bartender, shucker, and server at the same time when we came. Love it! Deserves more than a 4.3

Anna was our server tonight and she was wonderful highly recommend!
Today the oysters were old. The Blue Points were both old and so large as to be a bit gross
I've had fresh oysters here before and will give them another chance, but will ask which ones are the freshest and send back anything suspicious.

Very disappointed with the smash burger, it wasn’t smashed. Half cooked, absolutely no color or seasoning, it genuinely looked sad. I wish I would have taken a picture. Fries were also disappointing. I understand it’s an oyster bar so they’re mainly worried about seafood however for the atmosphere and price I had to pay for a burger we didn’t eat I was sad.
Oysters were good, Key lime crush was the highlight of my stay. Brussels sprouts and lobster bisque were okay.

Food was great, great selection of oysters. Place was crowded which explains the slow service but worth it. Would go back
