Went for 'Buck A Shuck' deal on Monday and my friends and I got very sick the night of and day afterwards. Service was great, and the atmosphere was kinda cool (besides a huge umbrella in our faces outside on the patio). Unfortunately, we all got ill from the oysters, so I don't recommend getting them here. After realizing that is what made us sick, we talked to a few friends nearby that had similar experiences with the oysters. Wouldn't go back and I'm really upset I paid so much for a horrible case of food poisoning.

So sad we didn’t try this place sooner!Happened to be here on a night they offered a tasting menu. Oysters were phenomenal. Lobster Neapolitan and ceviche were very fresh.Connecticut Lobster roll was pretty good, only I read it too quickly and didn’t realize it’s the hot version. I would have preferred the Maines lobster roll. Crème brûlée was good, wished the sugar was well- more caramelized. But hey! this is an oyster place.Come for the oysters!!

When first walking in, they offer to sit you at a low or high top. We chose the high top which was right across from the bar. Plenty of room for the 2 of us on our dinner date but of course got a bit loud from some people yelling. It's the bar side so it's to be expected. We chose 6 raw oysters, 2 great whites, 2 summer loves, and 2 Wellfleets. The summer loves were a bit small compared to the others, but they were all great.Next we had shrimp cocktail that didn't last long enough for a picture, but tasted so fresh. Both entrées, the crab cakes and Pappardelle Fra Diavolo were fresh, well presented and delicious.Ended the night with classic Crème brûlées that hit the spot.Pricey but worth every penny.

Courtney was absolutely amazing. Not only did she have an amazing attitude but she enhanced our experience with her awesome banter to make sure we come back again and again. Ask for her when you dine in- she’s the best!!

Came here for a celebration with friends. Had a reservation and we were sat promptly. We were greeted immediately. Our server was great. The drinks were great. Food came out pretty fast, however was mediocre. Salmon was dry, chicken was not hot, shrimp stir fry was bland and watery. We didn’t complain. We were content. This however is where our experience took a turn for the worst. Our server checked on us a few times after getting our food, but Upon finishing our meals and drinks we hadn’t seen her in about 15-20 mins. Our glasses were empty and our dirty dishes were in front of us this whole time. When she did finally come back and began clearing our plates we told her we would like to order another round of drinks. She told us to give her a minute. When she came back she told us that they have a 2 hour sitting policy and that we had to leave. If we wanted to go to the bar we could, but we’re no longer allowed at her table. WHAT? We had reservations at 6:15 and this was told to us at 8:10, almost exactly at 2 hours. Mind you there were two empty tables behind us and this was a TUesday night. No where was this policy explained before sitting. Not when we made the reservation, not on the menu, not when we sat, not a half hour warning. No I’m sorry, I will not go to the bar and give this restaurant more money that clearly lacks customer service. I was also disgusted that the management/owner has young servers working for tips delivering this message to their tables. This message should be coming from management to the tables and is NOT the servers responsibility. I will not be back.

I take reviews pretty seriously and I'm kind of shocked that this place has such low ratings. I don't know if they maybe were having off days or maybe expectations are just really, really high for restaurants nowadays... I've been to this place many times. I'll comment on everything I know. 1. Atmosphere - it's modern but quaint. It can get a bit loud at the bar if it's packed but it's also a bar. I've never had any problems hearing people on the other side. Outdoor patio is lovely when it's warm. 2. Drinks - everything I've had was delicious with the exception of several batch-made cocktails from the happy hour menu - I found them too sweet but others might not. 3. Food - Solid brunch/lunch, solid happy hour, solid dinner. Their seabass dish is one of the best I've had. Love the oyster options and they recently added more. Their prices (esp seafood portions) reflect the quality of their food and the huge portions of seafood. 4. Service - sometimes slower (when busy), sometimes mood (again when busy), but not usually. Restaurants are still understaffed and everyone here seems to work really hard. If they were sitting around or if it were just this restaurant, then fair but I'm not complaining about costs/service when everything is expensive and everyone is stretched. 5. Prices - super reasonable. Definitely not more than any other seafood/oyster place I've seen. Take a look at their menu in advance to avoid any surprises but they also have some lower priced items that are delicious. Their happy hour menu is great, too.

We got spicy margaritas and 2 different types of Oysters. Sorry, Amigo Dan ordered the Oysters so I don't remember the names. We loved our spicy margaritas. One of the oysters was better than the other.

We had a lovely time at the Greystone Oyster Bar! When we first arrived at 5ish on a Friday, it was pretty empty, but by the time we left it was PACKED! The cocktails were a little mild on the flavor, but the rest of the food was very flavorful. The staff were also very attentive throughout the entire meal. Music was a bit loud, but I loved their choices, so I didn’t mind :) (I hadn’t heard SOS by the Jonas brothers in YEARS!) Overall, great place for a nice night out!

The food, service, and ambiance could not have been better. We enjoyed the Blue Point and Chesapeake oysters, grilled octopus, salmon, and NE clam chowder. Can’t wait to come back!
