I have been there twice and it has been an amazing experience both times from the food, ambiance, to service. Neither me or my boyfriend are vegan, but this place is delicious, light, and fresh. Everything is very well done and is a nice escape from the city. When they change the menu again we will be back!

Outstanding. I love a tasting menu because I don’t have to make decisions and they just feed you. This was a vegan menu, great wine pairing and cocktails, in a beautiful historic space. Loved it, plan to go every couple months as the menu changes.

Absolutely incredible. One of the best vegan dining experiences I've ever had. Enjoyed a dinner with three non-vegans who loved the food and expressed an eagerness to return. We had the tasting menu plus shared all of the available add-ons. The restaurant itself is small and cozy with historic charm and great ambiance. If we lived nearby this would be our go-to spot for celebrations and special occasions.

OMG. My first meal at his Philly restaurant blew my mind. Even the dessert, a basil ice cream, changed my world. He transitioned to West Chester and got even better. I take my son here every year for his birthday. As great as the food is, it is the best service I have ever had.Vegetarian options: All is Vegan. Awesome restaurant.

I truly mean "Top tier" when I say it. Rich, Kate, and their team are making some of the best food in the country at Ground Provisions. If it's just grabbing a fast sandwich out of the refrigerator or getting a reservation to the evening prefixed dinner menu. It's going to taste amazing and might be the best thing you've ever eaten.

We had a lovely meal here; every course was really delicious and was enjoyed by both me (vegetarian) and my mother (omnivore). The service was outstanding. FYI for others, even reservations at the bar are only for the prix fixe tasting menu. We hadn't quite gotten that impression from the website or the confirmation messages, so be advised. Walk-ins and the seasonal porch seating have a "drinks and snacks" menu available. We'll definitely be back to try that, too!

The genius and compassionate couple who run Vedge have a country location in Dilworthtown, a historic district. How did I not know about this? It's been open for a year. Reservations are hard to get, and you will plan way ahead for them, but there are a few seats at the bar if you are lucky. Amazing cocktails and wines too, and you don't have to worry about whether they are vegan. Kate knows how to pick wine, and I always sample some amazing things way outside my normal boring range. We split 4 dishes at the bar (see pics) and had excellent service even though the bartender was racing around due to a full house and wine pairings with the tables doing the prix fixe menu. Everything is so beautiful and cool and well thought out. We will come back to buy takeout food and wine and sit out on the porch. Afterwards, you will go to the store in front and buy as much in dollars as you ate and be very happy to spend money on a vegan business which does everything right.

This restaurant resides in the old Inkeepers Kitchen at the former Dilworthtown Inn.We recently visited with another couple for the tasting menu. Overall, the food was tasty but the portions tiny. The first few dishes were shared plates, each of which would e considered too small for a single person nevermind four. We are talking less than a fork or spoonful per person. Looking at the two person table next to us, they seemed to get the same portions as the four of us.Portions this small make it difficult to appreciate the flavors and preparation of the otherwise well prepared dishes.

Stunningly good tasting menu. There were no vegans in our party and yet everyone was thrilled with the food. Will definitely be back and can't wait to shop the general store side.

This place is an amazing vegan gem! We trying to grab something vegan "to go" in a trip, I'm used to being disappointed, but Ground Provisions is terrific! The sandwiches are next level delicious and the cookies & baked goods for dessert were delicious too. Must visit if you're a vegan or vegetarian in the area. Can't wait to try their eat in menu!

Ground Provisions was excellent. Their gluten-free substitutions were as delicious and as incredibly creative as the standard offerings. Our server Brooke was fantastic, and the atmosphere was perfect. If you haven’t gone, go. It was so nice to have such a unique, and special dining experience!

Totally vegan, totally awesome. The tasting menu is several courses/dishes each with a distinctive and collated sensory experience. Service is top notch, decor is beautiful and the ambience is quiet and relaxing. Music is a personal thing, but the playlist while we were there was right up our street. Not cheap but certainly came away feeling it was money well spent.
