Quite a lovely place I stumbled upon! I ran in for a quick cup of coffee and wish I would’ve enjoyed it inside the cafe instead of my car. The cafe has such a lovely ambiance and the staff were warm and friendly. My mocha and vanilla biscotti were absolutely delicious too! I highly recommend!!

Arguably the best coffee shop in West Chester, serving great cappuccinos and lattes that set the barista benchmark.
With stronger WiFi and cozier chairs, it would be absolutely flawless.
The spinach and feta pastry is delicious and so is the beignet! I always get a lavender latte, and it's always delicious!

The BEST Americano! They pour the hot water first and pull the espresso second,so you get to enjoy the beautiful crema! (And their house-roasted coffee gives a beautiful crema) Plus, the espresso-to-water ratio (an 8 ounce Americano has two shots of espresso) results in pure velvety magic. I add a few drips of half & half. Order it “for here” to enjoy the luscious dream in a ceramic cup.

The Gryphon is my go-to coffee and tea shop. Everything they make is delicious and high quality. They also offer a variety of gluten free granola bars and snacks which is awesome. Lastly, I want to highlight the consistent, incredible service here. Everyone that works here is so friendly; but beyond that, it is the only coffee shop I’ve been to that always acknowledges my child and makes him a complimentary small cup of steamed milk. It is a small gesture, but goes a long way. It keeps me coming back time and time again as it truly makes my experience. In my opinion, this is the best coffee shop in West Chester.

The best coffee house in West Chester, but knocking a star because the wifi is so slow. It’s borderline unusable, and it’s also in a Verizon dead zone so you can’t hotspot. Maybe this is done on purpose to discourage working here but it’s 2025, it shouldn’t be this hard to have fast internet.
