Its BYOB. Food is very close to what you would expect in New Orleans. Don't pass this one up.

High street caffe is one of the best restaurants in the area. Always had great meals, and the staff is so friendly. My personal favorite is the blackened chicken and shrimp Alfredo. Also, their bananas foster is better then Brennan's in NOLA. Yes, I said it!

This is the best Cajun food I have had in this area. The staff is great. The service is fantastic. And the food is mind blowing. The place is a small dive bar that I would recommend to anyone and everyone for some good Cajun eats.

I love this place!! The staff, ambience and food are amazing. I have only one complaint. This was my first time going since the pandemic. The crawfish salad has always been a favorite. This time around it wasn't so good. The crawfish were tiny and few which is the opposite of how it was before. The rest of the food was delicious though. A wonderful experience and I will return!

Fantastic meal last night! Ordered one of the specials and have no regret. Pork chop smothered with crawl fish, mashed potatoes and veggies. Gator app and cheesecake dessert. I vacation in Hilton Head several times a year and would put this meal up against any of the best island restaurants. Well done!!

Best blackened chicken and seafood in the area. Loved, loved, loved the voodoo crawfish appetizer. Jambalaya fettuccine was perfect. Live jazz music was the finishing touch to finish a long week.

Absolutely LOVE this place! Food is always excellent and service is friendly! This is our go to for very happy occasion or date night! Try the crepe brûlée made with real vanilla bean!!!! You will not be disappointed!

Different Cheesesteak #902. If you like cajun, the High Street Caffe is for you. Very cool New Orleans decor. Lots of purple. The cheesesteak is $10 and comes with cajun fries. It's cajun but not overly spicy. It has sausage, peppers and cajun stuff mixed in. Don is a great host. The waitress was awesome. She knew the menu and was very patient and helpful. I would go now while they are BYOB and the college students aren't back. Carole was an amazing dinner date.

Be aware that this new incarnation bears little resemblance to the old High Street Cafe. The good news is that there is an opportunity for someone to open a Cajun styled restaurant in West Chester now.

Food was very good. I felt the $10 on corking fee per bottle was a little expensive but what are you going to do, it's better than paying $8 for a glass of wine? Ambiance is a little off only because I'm not a big fan of The color purple LOL... very very interesting and eclectic menu

We had the chance to eat there again last night. The food was excellent, I had the Crab Bisque and the Chicken Syracusa, which was amazing. The bisque was awesome too. There were less tables for social distancing. All good. Just one thing, we would like to be able to buy the Cajun spice again. Love it.

After a year sidelined by Covid, and 2 weeks after my wife and I had our 2nd vaccine, we returned to High Street Caffe to celebrate. So good to return to the great food and vibes. I always get the Cajun Popcorn, this time with the crab cakes and artichoke cream sauce. My wife got the salad with scallops entree. The restaurant was only set for 50% capacity, but all the tables were filled. Looks like we're not the only ones wanting to get back to normal. The food is still exceptional. We'll be back soon!
