Excellent gluten free hoagies for my celiac son. he's never had an issue here. i also enjoy the hoagies. very friendly staff. never ate inside but always order to go.

I've never had a hoagie from Jersey Mike's and today was my first. I had a number 11 and it was delicious. My son knows me well enough that when he ordered it he told them to hold the vinegar because that's not a thing for me. The sandwich was fresh. The roll was fresh and I really enjoyed it.

To say I am pleased with my experience here is a complete understatement. To start, the staff welcomed me with a friendly hello and kind wave. They then allowed me a second to look over the menu and gather my thoughts of what I planned on ordering which is perfect because I didn’t feel rushed one bit. Once I was ready to order, Mike, began slicing my sandwich with a swiftness but also care to not make a mess. I ordered a mini on the rosemary parmesan bread with american and provolone cheese, however they have a variety of selections for vegetarians that I will definitely try in the future, given the excellent service I received. Since it was my first time, I was unaware of some of the toppings which Shawn, happily answered and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it and even sparked a conversation with me while making it. He recommended the pepper relish and I will definitely be getting it every time from now on! Finally, John, the owner, introduced himself to me, completed my order and welcomed me to enjoy a seat and refreshment. I definitely get the impression that he truly cares about the store as a whole including the staff and customers, which is refreshing to see. I really enjoyed the layout of the store and ambience as well which was a relaxing start to my day as I am a late riser. I really enjoyed the music playlist they had on too, I was tapping my foot as some of my favorites played while I enjoyed my sandwich. During my time there, the staff handled every customer with the same nature as me which I took notice of. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience here and is a must try for anyone looking for a great sandwich fast!

Jersey Mike's never fails to disappoint. Orders are always wrong - ordered a turkey and provolone got a ham hoagie. Asked for no onions, got onions. I'm in West Chester and my brother is in Princeton. Same issues. Won't be back.

Love jersey Mike actually I’m getting some today

I’ve only had Jersey Mike’s two other times. Both times they were good. I started driving my sister to work in WC and saw this location and today decided to stop. The location was immaculate. The guys up front were very friendly. I went with the club sub. I had a long ride back to where I live and ended up waiting until I got home to eat. I was starving and ended up getting a “regular”. It was amazing. Just about one of the best hoagies I’ve ever had. It was stacked and I could barely finish it and I’m not a small guy. The guy did a great job and definitely will be back.

My husband went into jersey mikes and said he was there for his free sub that was advertised on there site for Veterans Day, and was told that was wrong and it was 15% off of the purchase. He was treated very badly felt discriminated against. I will never order from there again that was so wrong the way he was treated if they didn’t want to do anything for veterans there should’ve been nothing on their website, my husband and I seen and he went to get his free sandwich. I will never go there again. He is a black man and was treated very badly.

I ordered here through Relish so I'm assuming my order came from this store. They did not bring the drink I ordered, so I didnt give them a very good review on the app, however less than 10 minutes later someone responded to my email and said there was some sort of mix up. The price of the drink was then refunded. Since I can't figure out how to change my review on the app, I wrote a better one on here to make up for it. I thought the quality of my food was quite good, and there were no other issues.
