John Serock and his team catered our wedding reception last month at Loch Aerie Mansion. Wedding food can be hit or miss ... but our food was truly a hit! We cannot say enough wonderful things about Serock. Kristy was our coordinator and she is THE BEST. She made every part of the planning process a breeze from start to finish. They have a HUGE menu of choices and add ons. We did not have one thing we did not thoroughly enjoy from apps to dessert. Everyone raved at our wedding about how amazing the food was- even to say they have never seen so many cleared plates. The staff was very professional and helpful. They did everything they could to make sure our day went as smoothly as possible. The entire team were AMAZING! If you are trying to pick a vendor for your wedding I cannot say enough positive things about John Serock! We had numerous changes and obstacles and they handled everything! The entire team made sure all of our guests had a great time. Not to mention our guests still cannot stop talking about the wonderful food.
