Everything was wonderful. My guests raved about their food and service. Every dollar spent was worth it and they were very reasonable. They were so responsive to our every need. We had a short turnaround time, but they made it work well.

John Serock Catering has done a fabulous job making our parties so special. Our recent company holiday party was no exception! Crystal and her team were so great to work with from start to finish. The food was amazing and beautifully displayed. They really turned our vision into an awesome reality! I highly recommend John Serock Catering.

The food and service are incredible! Everything was both elegant and delicious. Especially the bread pudding that everyone is still raving about.

We got married at The Barn at Silverstone and worked with Kristy, who doubled as our day of coordinator as well, and she made sure everything went smoothly. They were so on top of making sure we and the guests had everything we needed and that allergies/dietary needs were addressed.

Serock even sent us home with nicely packaged leftovers. (Pro tip: don't leave for your honeymoon for a few days so you can enjoy all your wedding leftovers! You will want to!)

Also, our cake was a partnership with The Master's Baker through our Serock package, and the cake was so delicious.

To start, their event specialist, Violet, was an absolute godsend. Every small or seemingly mundane question I had, she answered with patience and care, guiding me every step of the way. She was incredibly helpful, and I truly don’t think I could have planned this wedding without her support.

The most important thing to me on my wedding day was that everyone had a great time and enjoyed the food—and the food was phenomenal! Even three weeks later, I’m still receiving compliments from guests saying it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. People can’t stop raving about the appetizers, entrées, and desserts! I also had a personal waitress who was so kind and attentive, she constantly checked in to make sure I had something to eat and a drink in my hand. They even saved appetizers and kept my dinner warm for me when I wasn’t at my table yet, which meant so much.

Serock Catering — and especially Violet — were absolutely amazing! The food was delicious, and the entire planning process was effortless thanks to Violet’s responsiveness and attention to detail. I needed everything to be gluten-free for my wedding on 10.11.25, along with a few other dietary adjustments, and they made it all feel smooth and stress-free. The team was flexible, accommodating, and willing to help with setup wherever needed. If I'm ever in a position where I need catering again, they are going to be my first choice and I will be requesting Violet. Loved her! Highly recommend!

We used John Serock Catering for our wedding at Appleford Estate and have nothing but wonderful things to say about the team, food, and planning process. We were lucky enough to work with Steven, who was incredibly helpful, enthusiastic, and respectful from the time we met, up until even after our wedding. Steven embodied the exact energy of someone you would want to run the show for your wedding - professional, yet charismatic and incredibly genuine. Throughout the planning process and leading up to the event, Steven was always accessible via phone or email to me and my family; even after our wedding when we couldn’t locate our flowers, Steven made several phone calls and helped us find them/coordinate pick up. Steven truly went above and beyond any expectations we had. So many of our friends and family expressed gratitude to and for Steven; he played a key role in our wedding and we’ll be forever grateful for all he had done for us. If you have the privilege to work with Steven for any event, you are in great hands. The catering team also provided my husband and I with a personal server who ensured we were fed and taken care of throughout the night. Will was outstanding and so keen to our needs; he provided us and our guests with 10/10 service. A special thanks to both Steven and Will are warranted. The talk of our wedding was how good the food/drinks/service were and it is all thanks to the Serock team. John Serock Catering catered our wedding this month and the food was truly AMAZING!! The Chilean sea bass was out of this world good. All of the appetizers were delicious. So many of our guests said it was the best wedding food they have ever eaten. Our Event Specialist was Steven Huey. He was incredible and great to work with. Our wedding was stress-free with them handling the food and set up. Their staff and servers were kind, attentive, and friendly. Would 100% recommend them for your wedding.

The Dream Team – Crystal, Matt, and the Serock Staff Were Incredible!

I honestly don’t even know where to begin because Crystal and the entire Serock team blew us away. From start to finish, Crystal was on top of everything. She made sure our food order was exactly what we wanted, kept in touch with us throughout the entire planning process, and genuinely cared about us and our wedding. She even helped make sure our décor was perfect—something she didn’t have to do, but she did it anyway just because she wanted our day to be amazing.

She coordinated with all of our vendors and made sure everything ran smoothly behind the scenes, so we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. I truly don’t know what we would have done without her—she knows her stuff and is absolutely top tier.

We also have to give a huge shoutout to Matt Bosch, the server assigned to us on our wedding day. He was incredible. Every time we turned around, he was right there making sure we had everything we needed—especially keeping our hands full with our favorite drinks! He even set up our private room with two tables, two chairs, a candle, and all the food we had asked for. It was such a sweet and thoughtful touch, and he was such a pleasure to work with. Truly one of the best.

The rest of the Serock team was just as amazing—professional, polite, and so helpful. Our guests even commented on how great they were! And the food… wow. People are still talking about it. So many of our guests told us it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding—and honestly, we agree.

We’ve had multiple people tell us our wedding was the best they’ve ever been to, and we know that’s because of how much care and hard work Crystal, Matt, and the entire Serock team put into making everything perfect. We are beyond grateful.

We used John Serock Catering for our wedding this past July and I would recommend them every single time! Crystal is a true powerhouse and acted as a second wedding planner in my eyes. She is so on top of things and made us feel confident leading up to our big day. She is very quick to respond and is very knowledgeable about the industry. Everyone had nothing but good things to say about the food and I have to agree. We opted for the plated option. The filet mignon and the Philly cheesesteak eggrolls were a personal favorite of ours. The mixed drinks were truly perfection. I had a strawberry mojito as my signature drink and it was the best I've ever had. The team is very professional and I can tell Crystal runs a tight ship. Also what we loved was that the cake was included in the catering package. The bakery used was incredible. We opted for the triple citrus cake with raspberry and blueberry filling and were very pleased. We are so happy with our choice of caterer and would highly recommend them! If I had more pictures of the food, I would add them!

We could not have been happier with our experience working with Serock to cater our wedding. After multiple tastings with other companies, we were blown away by the quality of the food and the professionalism and above-and-beyond support we received from Kristy.
