This place needs to hire good workers ASAP or people who really wants to work. Every time I come for a pick up order they have an excuse. The excuses are that they have short staff and close early or the order is not in the system or they don’t have enough chicken! Every time is a different history and if they prepare your order they took like 25 minutes to cook. This place sucks but the workers are the worst.

I love this West Chester, Pennsylvania KFC store so much because it has the best fried chicken out there (Original Recipe flavor) plus it is combined with a Taco Bell store so I can combine a Drumstick and Thigh Original Recipe meal with my two crunchy tacos, all in one convenient location in West Chester!

Used to enjoy getting food from there. The chicken was so dry, as though it had been under the heat forever. The hot honey sandwich had maybe a drop of sauce. The kfc bowl was just a big bowl of mashed potatoes. The biscuits were ROCK hard and cold. The 2 piece chicken had only one thigh, and there was only a scant tablespoon of gravy. Horrible service, worse food!

I don't know how this place's rating was a 2.8! It should be lower then that! I should have taken a picture of my food because the chicken I got was dryer then outside! Looks like it was day old chicken. I had to wait. I don't know why this location (West Chester) is even still open they need to shut it down! Young kids always hanging outside it's ridiculous! I will NEVER go to this location again the food was horrible! If I could have rated it less than a 1 star I would have! I did save one customer some money cause soon as she walked in the look on my face, made her ask me how was it and I told her to go to the one in Exton it's way better and she thanked me and left! Either do better or shut down,🤬🤮🤢

The worst KFC ever. I was ignored for several minutes. Finally order was rudely taken-Then order took almost 15 minutes for a very basic 2 piece and biscuit. they were out of Mac cheese and biscuits as sides 🙈This is pathetic. And prices were absurd. $10 for 2 piece? really? Stay far away from this KFC!
I do love Fried Chicken and this business makes the best and the issue that I have with this location is that they didn't have the type of desert that I wanted and that was a huge disappointment for me. They did offer me a substitute and failed to check that the quantity that they promised me matched what they actually gave me again, another huge disappointment.
I am not sure what to do and this is frustrating that no matter what KFC location that I use I always end up from kind of problem or issue and that is not good from a business standpoint let me tell you.
