I do love Fried Chicken and this business makes the best and the issue that I have with this location is that they didn't have the type of desert that I wanted and that was a huge disappointment for me. They did offer me a substitute and failed to check that the quantity that they promised me matched what they actually gave me again, another huge disappointment.
I am not sure what to do and this is frustrating that no matter what KFC location that I use I always end up from kind of problem or issue and that is not good from a business standpoint let me tell you.

Damn it, is there no one who takes care of the people working at this restaurant? These employees don't care. We wait 30 minutes to take the order, they don't prepare the orders. None of them care. Instead of taking care of the order, they go and smoke marijuana while there are customers inside. Damn it, someone should take care of this restaurant already. They should fire these people. They are making fun of the customers. Why do you care?

Do you want the attitude of a center City deli worker who does not care about you your order or your food. I have been served raw chicken here more than once over decades. That's the positive because I can only ever come to this place where they decide they want to open. I've had employees standing on the side of the building smoking a cigarette in the middle of the day in uniform telling me they're closed. Every time I go for something from Taco Bell it is not fresh and when I complain all they do is offer me a refund along with attitude. I cannot fathom how this business turns a profit even after the refit years ago now it cannot be worth it keeping this place open. I'm honestly just surprised they have not been liable for any suits yet considering the horror stories I've heard from other locals

The staff is super friendly and the manager , I believe is Tara is the absolute best
I came around 12:30 today and was greeted by a young lady named Destiny she was sweet ! Very professional! There was a short boy working he was helping her he did a excellent job I only seen those two and it was clean behind the counter there maybe two other customers and also did a great job with them ! Thank you guys 😊

This is only the second time I’ve been to this location and both times the customer service was horrible. No one seems to work the register and I stood there for 12 min waiting to even be acknowledged. This time the woman working drive through saw me, a worker walked by and opened the chicken oven and didn’t say anything before walking away and the person in the back cooking saw me when he went and opened the warmer and also didn’t say anything. Maybe this is why your reviews aren’t great. After finally getting my food, I went home and the mashed potatoes had no gravy. How do you forget gravy?

I always think that this place is gonna be better each time I go this is the third time that I went and I was still disappointed. The staff seems like they’re not interested in helping you. The soda fountain machine area was a complete mess and the bathrooms were not any better. I will for sure not be coming back.
