Ordered a General Tso's chicken platter and the chicken was virtually inedible, called to see if there was a difference in chicken and was snapped at during the phone call and was refused a refund for it. Normally a regular customer here and the food is normally good but this ruined my experience.

Initially I tried to place a delivery order via their website but when it came to the payment portion, there was some bugs with their website. I ultimately couldnt choose credit card or cash on multiple browsers and on my phone so I ended up calling them directly to place an order. Obviously mistakes can happen with their website, I totally understand that. But what bothered me was the pricing. When I planned out my order, I estimated around $45. When I was done relaying my order, the person on the line said it was $67 even. I didnt think much of it, I thought maybe it was dinner pricing or their menu was outdated online.Delivery was very fast and I handed over the $67 + tip. As I was unpacking it for my family, I noticed the receipt said $45 +$2 for delivery. I think I was scammed/robbed and since I paid in cash, there is no proof of that. Be careful.

The email said the order would be ready at 6.37. I came an hour later around 7.40. The order was not ready. Mistakes happen but the way they dealt with it was upsetting. They were very rude.

Donot order Beef Fried Rice from this place! I have never seen fried rice like this, no egg, no seasoning, rice not fired! Awful!!! I had to put it in a pan and recook it to eat it never ordering this on Uber eats again. I don't know why the rating on Uber Eats were 4.6.

Customer service horrible ordered 2 combos chicken wing combo that says comes with pork fried rice and egg roll. And boneless spareribs. When I asked why I didn't get an egg roll with the chicken wing combo she said it does not come with it. I showed her the menu that cleary says it does and she told me she knows what it says but no!!! Like wth that makes no since!
They charged me 60 dollars for 2 wantan soups and 2 chicken lo mein and 2 sodas and what arrived was only the soup and 2 small chicken lo mein… do not buy more in this low quality and lying restaurantFor Uber eats

Hair in food!!! ordered online on uber eats and we found a long piece of hair in our lo mein. Told we would have to bring it in for a refund!! The whole reason we ordered online was so we didn't have to go in!! terrible customer service.
