Thought I'd try this tonight. Paid $40 for a side noodle, chicken and cashew, crab rangoons, and 3 sodas. They forgot the noodles, the chicken and cashew tasted old...tried to add duck sauce for flavor but that tasted stale. And the crab rangoons weren't bad but I personally didn't like the filling.

Food is great but they NEVER pay attention to order details, I ask for them to make things spicy and they never do it, and if you call them to remind about order details you either get hung up on or if you get to talk to whoever answers the phone it’s like talking to a brick wall, takes 10 minutes to explain that you want something spicy.

The service is terrible, the two men who work there stay in the kitchen and won’t attend to the front counter accept every so often. Most of the time they yell at you to wait while they wander around the back cooking food that gets bagged up but never brought forward. If you are picking up takeout or trying to order prepare to wait 10-20 minutes even if your order is ready or go order at all. There also very rude and speak to people trying to get their attention to order or to pick up their food they can see is ready and sitting out getting cold like their annoying them and yelling at them they have to wait 10 minutes like it’s a canned line.
