Some of the best sushi I've had! Main meals were outstanding as well, table had a variety of dishes. Calamari appetizer was outstanding, the beef tataki was a little bland. Pork buns also excellent. Could have used an additional server, out waitress did her best but she had a lot of tables for 1 person.

Everything was perfect! Meals and drinks were delicious. Our server Christian was so kind, perfectly attentive and made great knowledgable, recommendations. It was a great experience - can't wait to go back!

We have been Kooma patrons for a very long time and love going there! Our waitress Taylor was attentive and timely! The food was excellent as usual. The restaurant was busy and lively but not too loud to have easy conversation. The cocktails were delicious! Kooma will always be a favorite of our family!

Kooma is my absolute favorite place to get sushi strictly bc they have good sushi. Their service is absolutely terrible. Their managers and some, not all of their staff is incredibly lazy. I ordered a pickup order on DoorDash and waiting about 10 minutes in my car for them to tell me my order was finished. I ended up walking inside and my order was finished sittin on the counter top just not packed or anything. The last time i ate at the bar in the restaurant I was held there for an extra 2.5 hours due to the fact the staff could not get our receipts to close. No manager came over to us, no one offered to comp our bill, nothing. The food is delicious but everyone I go to eat there I always have a bad experience

Had dinner there last night for my birthday. Went specifically for something I have gotten several times before. Got two apps and a drink. Took a long time for drink orders and second app. Once our food arrived it did not look right. I do not like mushrooms and avoid ordering food with mushrooms. The dish had them in there along with other ingredients not listed on the menu. The wait staff said, "oh yeah the menu doesn't match the food anymore they changed it." What?! After that we weren't checked on and no sign of a manager. Never asked for another drink. Watch several around us have the same experience.

I'll be honest - the food is good but they don't have their act together here. The staff is very nice but it seems like no one is training them on proper service or what the menu items include. Almost everything we ordered was prepared differently from how it was described on the menu and we kept being told that they were out of different things. The service was extremely slow, the pace for different courses was very long and when the meals were brought they included ingredients that are not mentioned on the menu. For example, a member of our party had mushrooms in her meal, and she has an extreme aversion to mushrooms. We were told that that's how they make it now. Another member of our party was expecting there to be lettuce in her meal and instead it was broccoli rabe and squash. Side sauces were omitted and the dessert was supposed to come with a berry compote and chocolate ganache - they were out of both both. Instead, they brought a side of Hershey syrup. We weren't asked if we wanted second drinks or coffee. Someone isn't managing this place and ordering the correct supplies for a Saturday night food service. It's a shame - lots of potential here!

Food is excellent but service is terrible. This is our second visit in 2 months and we aren't going back. You will be lucky to get one drink. It takes forever for the waitress to come to your table and even longer for the drinks. We go out to dinner every week and this place has the worst service by far. For what you pay to eat here, the service needs to be better. No excuse.

Food is always fantastic. They have a side area for dining or for a larger party. That's great, but adds to the noise level, especially if seated close (we were right next to it). Not a big problem, but you need to talk loudly over the noise. I highly recommend it.
