Lorenzo's Steaks and Hoagies

So what's the main jawn the Philly area is known for 👀🤭 Well, my family couldn't leave my home state without one ‼️ Instead of driving South to go home..... I drove North into West Chester and pulled up at Lorenzo’s Steaks & Hoagies. We walked in and were greeted with a huge smile and a Jersey accent that said "Hey, welcome to Lorenzo’s. Do you need a menu?" Well, 3 out of 4 of us needed the menu. While my family had to figure out what they wanted my cheesesteak was already on the grill sizzling 😋🤭 Lance wanted his first experience to be bigger than ever but the cashier warned him that he didn't want to have too many flavors on his palate. She looked out 💪🏽 Soooooo let me explain this to yall..... there is NO other chip that goes with a cheesesteak BUT Herr's. Mind you I had Pringles in the Jeep.... If you gonna eat Philly food .... you gotta do it right ✅️ Not only do our 4 12 inch cheesesteaks come out, they are numbered in the order that they were placed and a receipt is printed with the original order..... like down to what toppings and cheese selection. I mean ......Bruh, this is the way customer service should be 👌🏽The atmosphere was nice and clean, the staff all were professional, the environment was decked out with all the local team sports and West Chester University banners. There were rows of desserts 🍪🍰 They even have a dinning room so you can stay and hang out with them. My family SMASHED as I hit 95S. It's a little after midnight I just ate my cheesesteak (extra cheese, American, ketchup). I tried to make it last as long as possible 🙋🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️😅 If you are in the area..... pull up. WOAH! the best hoagie I've ever had in my entire life!!! my family drove up here from 1.5 hours away and it was worth every minute! the staff is super friendly and will make this trip every single chance I get!

Family owed. Great staff friendly, always talking to customers, big big time local sports fans. Local schools along with pro teams.
Food is A plus. Cheesesteaks to die for.. enough meat that it falls out of the roll. Made the right way!!! The cheese mixed in, not placed on top.
Hogies the same way, enough meat that will fill you up.

I'm part of a Facebook group for hoagies. This location was recommended by many. I made a just shy of a 2hr round trip to try it out and wow! I will be back for sure. THE BEST Italian hoagie I've ever had. The cheese steak was great but did lack a bit in Cooper sharp cheese but overall still delicious.

We love Lorenzo's! By far, West Chester's best steaks! One of the top three steaks on the Main Line. One of our personal top 3 steaks, period.

Their other sandwiches are just as amazing! Portions are great. Ingredients are quality. Prices are fair.

The staff, possibly owners, are also really amazing! We're a family of 7, so we get mixed responses when we walk into some places. Lorenzo's always seems happy to see us. That goes a long way.

As you can see by the other reviews, you're missing out if you haven't been to Lorenzo's.

I have been going to this hoagie shop for many years, as far back as Don's Hoagies here in West Chester. I have eaten a lot of hoagies in my day and Lorenzo's is by far the best. You might have to pay a little more but boy, is it worth it. The amount of meat they put on their hoagies is mind boggling. Excellent service--you walk in and you are greeted by very friendly staff. I usually order on the website and it is extremely easy. I have nothing bad to say about this place.
