Had an amazing experience thanks to an associate named Philly (hope I spelled correctly). I came here after an ER visit and Philly made sure my food was fresh after I waited in the very busy drive thru, without me even asking. I wasn’t upset about waiting as I know that late night can be busy but was very impressed with the level of assurance that customers are satisfied. This was A1 service and just shows how kind and thoughtful they were. Thank you so much! Promotion/raise much deserved.

Very nice McDonals. Everything is fresh, food tastes great and no bad stale oil aftertaste like in many others. A bit dated interior but very clean. Friendly atmosphere.

I worked there and as some of the higher management seem to not like the skills and appreciate the time I gave them to work they let the workers full around talk in a group while people who want to do the job have to take over there job to get things running than complain about there times and not being good so that the higher management would wonder why people pay the wrong thing or have the wrong food bc they don’t have the right English understanding most in there are Spanish who need to work on there English for better customer service they have the place clean but no one ever washed there hands other than a few people when cooking the food or have gloves on they break a lot of company rules and than try to pick on the weak for speaking up they don’t give respect they are rude to customers because if they know Spanish it’s not the customer fault for not knowing the language it’s america everyone speaks English but then they didn’t like me calling them out and they try to make me seem like the bad guy when all I wanted to do was do my job and stand up for us americas who do work hard who don’t get appreciated bc the Hispanics there think it’s ok to full around talk and gossip and I would not recommend bc some of the workers don’t like there job they purposely mess up orders bc the kitchen like I said they don’t read or wash there hands they need them to learn more English and everyone in McDonald’s franchise gives free lessons to learn English they don’t know how to run things smoothly and they don’t handle things right away they let it get worst and than wonder why things are not ok and take sides like I know my job but they don’t there

They never give me the sauce with my order. Especially when I order from a delivery service. I’ve paid for extra sauce packets so they hopefully remember. But they NEVER DO! I’ve had to eat dry chicken nuggets too many times
