Wanted to note an 11/10 experience at this McDonald's. Hot, fresh, french fries. An amazing McDouble. Prepared perfectly. And a McChicken, which was also up to my expectations. Wanted to note that my Mother also let me know she had a Big Mac from this location not too long ago, and said it was made extremely well. "Just right". Well done McDonald's High Street team!

Last time we ordered breakfast the English muffins were charcoal burnt and inedible.
Jan 21st 2024 6:40pm, I had to wait 25 minutes for a small vanilla shake and medium French fry. I get I wasn’t the only one there but people came in and ordered food and got their orders before mine was ready. It’s not that hard to fill a cup and scoop some fries. Don’t go there if you want your food quickly.

Without question the best McDonald’s in West Chester , it’s always nice and clean great customer service, employees are friendly and welcoming I really wish all McDonald’s were like this one.
