Very good for what it is. It has a limited menu so not a place where I'll eat often. I do wish there were someplace to sit while I'm waiting for my salad to be prepared.

Excellent service. I asked Jenna if they could make a fruit smoothie without Greek yogurt because I'm lactose intolerant. She talked to the employees, then came back and said yes and that she would make it herself. I'm glad they understand food allergies without any problems. Great job!

We had a wonderful time showing my mom Longwood Gardens. However, we were very cold. Knowing that she likes Panera Bread and that they serve hot chocolate, we went to get something hot to warm us up. Unfortunately, no one in our party of 6 liked the drink. It tasted like warm milk with very little chocolate flavor. My daughter even added more simple syrup to try to help it. None of had ever had it before and will avoid it in the future.
The staff was very kind and helpful during our visit. I have nothing against our service there.

Very lovely place, very friendly employees and a comforting atmosphere. Sat here for a few hours while waiting for my ride home and was able to do some work while I was here. Their new potato soup was good, would've just appreciated some clarity with the menu in stating that it had bacon in it. I like bacon, but it's usually all I taste whenever it's put in something. All in all, tasty, served nice and hot, good pricing. Will definitely come back when I'm in the area again!

A family favorite because of the fun assembling you-pick-two combinations. This particular location is quite fast with prep.
This place is such a rip off and for being so processed and gross it shouldn’t be. Made the mistake of getting a bread bowl with potato soup & a loaf of hard sourdough bread. The soup was cold, the bread bowl was hard, was charged for 2 bread bowls when they only had one. The loaf of sourdough I bought that was as hard as cement is stupid and you can find better, fresh, not hard, bread at Kroger. Panera needs to shut down and overhaul their restaurants because they are gross.
