I stopped for take out order. Told Charles, it was 1st time there.I ordered with him & sat down to wait & wait.. he never told me that I had to walk down to the other section to pick up! Food was just ok. French dip hardly had any meat.

Went in excited for my favorite bagel, only to be disappointed. I had to ask twice for it be cut and toasted or remotely warm. Burnt. Cinnamon bun, rock hard, not toasted. Everyone working seems bothered by simple task( not sure how when you are literally working 🙄) this location is a 0/10 for me, which is unfortunate since I travel this road often.

Yesterday I went to get the wild rice soup and it's the first time I ever had the soup that look like this it was super thick it seemed like maybe it was cooking too long or I don't know it didn't even have a good taste it didn't have a really bad taste but it just a bland taste and just in it look good or anything. I've always liked their wild rice soup never had a bad one up until yesterday. I took three or four spoonfuls and that's it threw away the rest. I did get it to go so I should have took it back because it's not cheap anymore anything. I might give him another chance cuz it was only the one time yesterday hopefully it won't happen again.

I was expecting a quality sit down restaurant. Instead it’s a counter order with grocery store food, ready made parfait in plastic, small sandwiches, plastic utensils, very limited menu and then even had the nerve to beg for a tip for absolutely no service

Excellent service. I asked Jenna if they could make a fruit smoothie without Greek yogurt because I'm lactose intolerant. She talked to the employees, then came back and said yes and that she would make it herself. I'm glad they understand food allergies without any problems. Great job!

I feel like the service, cleanliness and food quality have gone down.
We had a wonderful time showing my mom Longwood Gardens. However, we were very cold. Knowing that she likes Panera Bread and that they serve hot chocolate, we went to get something hot to warm us up. Unfortunately, no one in our party of 6 liked the drink. It tasted like warm milk with very little chocolate flavor. My daughter even added more simple syrup to try to help it. None of had ever had it before and will avoid it in the future.
The staff was very kind and helpful during our visit. I have nothing against our service there.

Did a rapid pick up. It was late (notified after the pick up time) and the food was wrong. Didn’t get the avocado or extra feta but was charged for it.
