I paid for an extra garlic sauce that I didn’t get, the pizza was folded over on itself inside the box, and my delivery guy called to say he was here instead of simply knocking or ringing the bell. The call came up as “Frederick, MD” which I wouldn’t have usually answered. I had to ask three times what he was saying. Nobody can perform the simplest of tasks anymore.

I just thought it would be a joke after April fools day but no. it was legit.. I placed an order online for pick up at 3:45pm for my nephews bday. I get a call at 3:15pm from Papa Johns stating they had no Garlic Knots. No cheesesticks... no meatballs. no Roni papa bites(new item).. and that he would refund my money back?? This person didn't even try to offer something else in the menu...little disappointed since they waited last minute to cancel my order and I had to drive 30 min out of my way to get my nephew his Garlic knots and cheesesticks because that's all he eats(autistic) and it was his Bday.. I will NOT support this local Papa John anymore..

Never had a problem until one evening when I ordered delivery. I made sure to do contactless, and leave at door without ringing bell/knocking as it was midnight! The delivery person ignores this and rings the bell. After standing there they bang on the door waking everyone up. The driver doesn’t leave and keeps banging. Worst thing to possibly happen! Never ordering from here again.

This location is the perfect example of how to do everything WRONG in customer service. This is now my third time placing an order with them and every time the experience just gets worse and worse and this will definitely be my last. All three times I have ordered and paid for extra garlic sauce cups and all three time they have charged me and not delivery the extra sauce. The last two times I have ordered a 2 liter of soda and both time it was not delivery with the driver telling me at my door it was cancelled from my order. Absolutely no attempt from the store to contact me and offer another type of soda or any explanation. Also this time since they removing the 2 two liters from my order it dropped me below the $40 free delivery minimum and they charged me for the delivery. Again no attempt to contact me and offer something else to be added on to the order so I could still meet that requirement. After my complete disappointment from the last two deliveries, I tried to contact the store manager to relay my experiences on both occasions but this location refuses to answer their phone. Both times I waited 5-10 minutes as they repeated just kept putting on the hold music after every time it would ring and didn’t even bother to answer and ask me to hold. So now with no other resort I have wasted more of my night detailing this horrible experience on here in hopes that no other poor souls give them their money. This place is a disgrace to customer service and basic human decency. It’s apparent from their countless recent 1 star reviews that they have no desire to work on any of these terrible business practices and will continue to provide mediocre chain food with horrendous customer service. Please give your money to one of the many great local pizza shops that actually takes pride in the food and service they provide.

We ordered buffalo wings and a pizza. Received wings with no sauce, just plain chicken. At $24.00 for 16 small wings and they can't even get it right. How hard is it.Then try calling to get resolution. No local numbers, you are sent to maze of corporate menus and commercials.Never again. I have already deleted the app from my phone.
