Never had a problem until one evening when I ordered delivery. I made sure to do contactless, and leave at door without ringing bell/knocking as it was midnight! The delivery person ignores this and rings the bell. After standing there they bang on the door waking everyone up. The driver doesn’t leave and keeps banging. Worst thing to possibly happen! Never ordering from here again.
This location is the perfect example of how to do everything WRONG in customer service. This is now my third time placing an order with them and every time the experience just gets worse and worse and this will definitely be my last. All three times I have ordered and paid for extra garlic sauce cups and all three time they have charged me and not delivery the extra sauce. I just thought it would be a joke after April fools day but no. it was legit.. I placed an order online for pick up at 3:45pm for my nephews bday. I get a call at 3:15pm from Papa Johns stating they had no Garlic Knots. No cheesesticks... no meatballs. no Roni papa bites(new item).. and that he would refund my money back??
