Forgettable food, we had a cheese steak (beef, supposedly ribeye, LOL) and a chicken cheese steak.
Both steaks had pretty crappy rolls. My "ribeye" cheese steak tasted only of the onions and mushrooms I ordered. If they used ribeye, they need to check their supplier, because that was bottom barrel.
The chicken cheese steak had almost no cheese and very plain taste.
Both needed some salt on them because the cheese was so little, it didn't supply enough.
About the service: We ordered "to go" food. The staff behind the counter was very nice, let us know it would be about 15min, all good.
Then, the husband of the owner came out to chat with us, and went into politics immediately. I do not appreciate that at all; no matter your politics, if you run a "restaurant" you do not walk up to people and talk your politics. I just went "uhuhh" and "yeah" to get away from him.
The one compliment I can make is to the rest of the staff, as well as the place itself, it looked very clean, and didn't smell bad.
The sandwiches were cooked OK, just all the meat lacked taste on both chicken and "ribeye".
I won't be back.

The pizza speaks for itself, but if you have yet to try their rice pudding, I'll highly recommend it. Just like my great grandmother use to make it. It has the perfect consistency. There's nothing worse than dry, clumpy rice pudding. It's not soupy, but has just the right amount of moisture ? LOVE IT!

I dine at Patelmo’s at least once a week, and it is undoubtedly the best pizza in the area! Every meal I've had there has been exceptional. The Cobb salad with balsamic dressing is outstanding, their calzones are the best around, and the cheesesteaks are equally impressive. The fries are also excellent. My grandchildren adore Patelmo’s. The owners are consistently kind and welcoming to us, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The restaurant is always spotless, which I greatly appreciate.
Unfortunately, it appears that RR has a personal vendetta against Patelmo’s, and her comments about the staff are completely unwarranted.
Parking: Plenty of parking spots with handicapped spots as well.
Kid-friendliness: Kids are always welcome.

The cheese pizza I had, to me seemed a bit salty. Other than that, it was good.
I am born and raised in West Chester and have often dined at Patelmos, and it’s always an awesome experience from start to finish! Their pizza is amazing—perfectly crispy crust, fresh ingredients, and bursting with flavor. As someone who needs gluten-free options, I am always thrilled to discover when gf options are offered especially when it’s pizza! I also love their Cesar!
The restaurant is clean, warm, and inviting, and the staff and owners are incredibly kind and attentive, making you feel right at home. Whether you're a local or just passing through, I highly recommend visiting Patelmos for a great Italian meal.

Kid-friendliness: I brought my niece and nephew for lunch and it was great!

GREAT pizza (I’m a traditionalist and usually just order plain but they have a LOT of good choices available on the menu and by the slice). The service is always on point; everyone from the counter staff, the wait staff, and the owner are warm, friendly and make you feel like part of the family. Eat in or take out; you won’t be disappointed either way. 6 stars out of 5.

I just had to wait 1/2 hrs for one medium pizza and bcuz I had to go back to work I canceled the order. Like why does it have to take so long for one pizza. Yeah right!!! Then the guy wants to cuss me out bcuz I cancelled the order. I’m so glad I know God bcuz He always has my back. Nothing good can ever come from being disrespectful to a good paying customer. There wasn’t that many people in their that a pizza has to take so long. And it’s not that good anyhow. I’ve been ordering here for almost 10 years to be cussed out and hollered at like that what type of respect is that!!!
