We just stopped in for a few pretzels last minute. I didn't realize it was 10mins after they had already closed. The nice girl told us we could still order through the drive through. The whole staff was very pleasant and accommodating despite being closed. We ended up leaving with 10 pretzels and a very generous goody bag. All the food we got was excellent and the service was outstanding! Highly recommend this location!!

We were so happy to come here again !Sadly the rivet bucket we ordered was very under the normal quality, it was not tasty at all.. The dough was so thick we couldn't eat half of it.. super dry and hard.The pretzels were not fresh, probably made the previous day or we don't know... (We ordered around 2pm on Saturday).Usually it's good, so we don't know what happened. I would avoid the rivet bucket :)

Great people that work there went there for some pretzels and I was talking to Jimmy and think he is the owner and gave me a sausage pretzel and some cheese steak pretzels to try they got my business whenever I need

I have always loved the pretzel factory but today was just so amazing, clansi who was the girl who helped me was super informative and so helpful and so unbelievably sweet. So hard to come by these days, it’s almost unreal. I would recommend going to this pretzel factory over any of the others because of customer care alone!

Pretzels are always fresh and hot, the party trays are always a hit.

Consistently top quality products and personnel.. . Even when under seige on Super Bowl Sunday. A big "Thank you" to them!
