Food was good for the most part. Service was not. Our waitress didn't return to our table for any drink refills. She also was a little argumentative when she was told that one of the dinners was incorrect. The food was brought out at different times leaving food to sit on the table getting cold while waiting for all me as la to be delivered so we could eat as one. The atmosphere was very noisy and made it difficult for dinner conversation.

Was there for lunch this week. Food was really good and very plentiful. I had the pork sandwich. Very juicy and tender. My wife had chicken tenders and fries. Nicky prepared and presented. Our one friend had a meatball sandwich with fries and the other had a chicken but. We all left with boxes of leftovers.The service was slower than expected but a group of 12 came in right after us and had not called ahead.Have been there twice before for dinner and enjoyed both times

First time customer. Called ahead for take out and was happy my order was ready when I showed up 5 minutes early! The young lady who took my order (and rang me up) had excellent customer service! The gentleman in the kitchen made my day by pointing out my chipper attitude! Happy to spread my cheerful attitude ❣️ wonderful 10/10 experience!! Will definitely be back!!! (Oh and the pizza is DELICIOUS - of course ☺️)

Pizza is top rate. Service was not that good. Took a long time for some of our party to get their meals. We had some of our grandkids with us and they didn’t seem to cater to kids.

We went here for the pizza! And boy were we pleased. This style of pizza is not like anything we have in York county. It was absolutely amazing... Crisp on the bottom, fluffy dough but not too thick, then you have your cheese but the sauce, oh my goodness the sauce! Our server was Maggie and she was fantastic. I must stop if you're in the area and if not, it's worth the drive!

I’m from out of town and tried to order take out ahead of time because of working late, then I got to w.chester location and the order never went through on grubhub but the guy at the counter was less than thrilled to wait on me even though I did order a salad in person for his troubles of having to look around for my (nonexistent) order. I sat patiently and waited. They gave me my salad promptly (which wasn’t cheap since I added protein to it) and then when I go to eat it, there’s no fork. No napkin. No dressing as described on the menu. I’m less than impressed with how I was treated AND then my food prepared. WTH Pica’s?!

Dining at Pica's, you will really enjoy. They have a great selection of Delicious food! The service is excellent. Very comfortable atmosphere. I would highly recommend them!
Take-out counter gave me no double cheese pizza as ordered. Just the regular sauce covered pie. Pizza was barely cooked and went directly from the store into my oven. This place is a full skip. Monique needs to learn the Double Cheese topping.

My boss and I had a week day lunch one-on-one meeting at Pica's and it was a good experience. I had never been before but he loves all kinds of pizza and knows I do too so he suggested coming here. We split a pizza, half mushroom, half sausage & green pepper. It was hot and fresh when served to us. It is a very substantial pie, it could have fed about 5 more people, lol. I ate one single slice and he had two and let me take the rest home. My son and husband enjoyed some later on, reheated for dinner. It's definitely not my favorite type of pizza but it is good. Because of our choices of toppings, I had to eat mine with a fork and knife or it was falling apart in my hands and getting meat and sauce all over me, lol. But that is okay. I don't know that I'll be a frequent customer but I would be glad to return if someone suggested it in the future. And they have a huge menu with many options besides pizza.
