Start to finish, very solid experience. The waiter (mike) was on point. Memorized everything, always checking up on us at the right time. Food was all done to perfection.
Our server was very nice, but the clientele at their bar watching the Penn State/Ohio State football game failed to acknowledge that there were children present with their verbal tirades during the game. I understand that people get excited about sports, but both the bartender and servers knew our son was there and failed to address this behavior.
Food was good, but portions should have been labeled as Tapas as both the ribeye and filet mignon sandwiches were a 5:1 ratio of bread to steak with about 1.5oz of steak per sandwich.

Experience was exceptional from Mark for the reservation to Michael our server (exceptionally knowledgeable and efficient great guy) food was fantastic. Dined as a group of eight in the private room. A favorite of mine always Joseph
We are from out of state and visit West Chester regularly (grandkids!) and have had Pietro's Prime on our radar for awhile but wasn't sure how the kids would handle. Went for the first time with everyone last week and sad that we waited so long. Service was attentive and thoughtful and fun. Steaks were amazing as well as the sides. Now a go to on our list every time we visit. Don't hesitate to book!

Food is not a par in quality with the value you are paying for!! Overprice meals in all aspects. Great selection of Italians wines but everything in the menus is from $100 and up. Average bottle is $500! Great service if you come early!

Service was extremely slow, my medium steak served rare.. medium= warm pink center. Rare= cool red center. I couldn't even eat it.. terrible!!! and peanut butter pie was just about frozen inside. Also had to walk through a service station to get to our table... that in my opinion is in very poor taste.. The waitress kinda tried but she was overloaded on tables. Not worth 1/3 of the price.
