I can't really comment on service or restaurant atmosphere because I ordered through door dash but I wasn't thrilled with the boneless wings. They didn't taste good and were mostly breading with little meat and some hot sauce thrown on top. The pizza was great though. Maybe they need to stick to pizza.

I ordered threw the app, never again I have been sitting for over an hour, I called the woman said my order didn’t go threw I didn’t this even though they charged and took the money from my card and then all I got was a bye and she hung up, 5 seconds later I get a thing saying it’s on the way I spent 50 bucks just for them to tell me some crap, terrible service , def don’t get from this Pizza Hut cause lord knows what they are doing for real

Disgusting pizza! I used to love Pizza Hut, but this pizza had a weird aftertaste like it's been sitting around or the dough and or sauce was bad. Not to mention a large pizza and an order of breadsticks was friggin $42. Goddamit Pizza Hut, you ruined our Monday night🤢 Good thing we had a new Adam Sandler movie on Netflix to lift our spirits. Worst experience ever will not order from here again and it’s the only one near us what a shame! My dasher said they didn’t know what’s going on the employees were doing behind the counter my food was late and the dasher waited about 45 mins for the food awful service poor dasher!!!!!! Horrible he said they employees didn’t care either that they didn’t know what’s going on was going ordered food about n hour ago waiting for it to be delivered still and your only 5 mins away so sad!if I could give you no stars I would

Don’t buy from this place, the only reason you go to a Pizza Hut is speed and convenience and this place is neither. They took over 30 minutes after my arrival to get a carry out order to me, the employees wander around the back looking like they’re trying to avoid work. The man manning the counter spends about 5% of his time there and the rest standing in the back on his phone or hidden from view. Won’t tell you what’s going, how long it will be, forgets what your order is and has to ask again then when it does make it to the warmer isn’t there to give it to you and you have to beg another employee to get it out for you. Take your money elsewhere. For the same time it takes you can get way better pizza at a restaurant.

I ordered delivery through the Pizza Hut App, received all but one item from delivery service (DoorDash.) Attempted to contact driver and received no answer. Upon calling the store an employee stated they would deliver the missing item. A+ customer service.
Very Fast deliver (less than 20 minutes on a Saturday), food fresh and hot, delivery driver friendly. Will definitely reorder from this location again.

Much better quality than the old location, more comparable to the old Exton location.
My large pan pizza was a TAD undercooked, but properly cheesed up with good pepperoni coverage and properly defrosted crust. Great to have pizza hut back in town.
