I come to the West Chester location all the time and it never ever disappoints. The customer service is A+ and they’re such nice people. The bowls are always awesome and they come out on time/early every time. Great store.

The girls got my last two orders wrong and I placed them online, where they could read the order. Disappointed at that. Then last weekend I went in and ordered 3 bowls for my family. It took them about a half hour to make them. They all came out runny and one of them was only half full. I can't stand paying $45 each time I order and these kids getting my order wrong or not up to the quality I am use to with Playa Bowls. Then the kids have the audacity to turn the register screen around and expect a tip every time. I dont want to be shook down for tips. You are charging enough for acai. Pay your employees appropriately. This place is owned by private equity afaik and not the same quality as when they first opened. My daughter is allergic to dairy and these people even put whey protein in one of her bowls before. Luckily we caught it. West Chester has a variety of acai bowl options so I think it is time for me to move on. You don't get to mess up my order on 3+ visits and expect me to return.

We are in from out of state and go to Playa Bowls in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. There were three people working. We ordered the açaí energy smoothie and we waited for it for an excessively long time while they times each other making things and one girl sat on the counter with our back to us eating strawberries covered in chocolate (which can’t be ordered by customers). We waited 20 minutes while all three girls talked to each other and helped other customers and never checked back in with us. When we finally asked they said they must have lost track of our order. We are regulars at 3-4 other playa bowls and this was the dirtiest and least professional. Once we finally got the smoothie, it was really watery and the worst one we have ever had and we get this smoothie at least a couple times a week.

We've always loved Playa bowls, but was extremely disappointed last night. My son ordered one via Doordash and asked for no walnuts (he's allergic). It came with walnuts and although we could have scraped them off, we were worried there were some mixed in. A waste of $25. It also clearly said no walnuts on the receipt. PLEASE pay more attention to orders asking for no nuts - it's likely AN ALLERGY!! especially when it's being delivered...

I have always loved playa bowls and always will!! Everything is delicious and they have so many options. The only reason for the 4 star review is because today I had a staple in my bowl :( the bag was closed with a sticker so I’m not sure how a staple got into my bowl
