I chose the craziest day to go here since the line was an out the door for national açaí bowl day. I had placed an online order and was in and out avoiding all the line since it was ready promptly. The bowls and smoothies were perfect considering the craziness of the rush.

The other day me and my family went to playa for dinner around 6:15pm. We got there just to see that it was closed. We checked the website at it said it closes at 7:00pm. So we left and decided to get it for dinner tonight. We ordered 6 playa bowls on the app for pickup. When we ordered it was around 5:30pm and the app said they closed at 7:00pm. We got there and it was closed. Again. We banged on the door for about 5 minutes but no one answered. We tried banging on the back door and calling them but still no answer. I have always loved this place and I am super disappointed.
