Fast, casual diner, specializing in poké bowl. I had never ordered one before. He was very kind and helpful about explaining all of the choices and how to build my bowl. It was excellent. Fast, made in front of me and delicious. I had the High Tide with a slight tweak.

Poke bros is a staple for me in west Chester for a quick meal. Great food, fast service, perfect take out spot. Parking can be rough in the evening.
Parking: Might take a few laps to find a spot. But totally worth it

Ordered from Poke Brothers for a luncheon at work and everyone absolutely loved it. The food was fresh. It was delicious and made to order. Restaurant was clean and plenty of seating. I will definitely order from here again.
Vegetarian options: You can make your Poké bowls as desired, so everything can be vegetarian in your selections
Parking: There are paid street parking meters. There are also a few lots within a block radius walking distance.

The prices are more than my usual limit but for the food I think it's reasonable, the portions are big and the service and fantastic:) most of the time I get things to go but there's a couple booths!

Place is clean and the fish is fresh. However, the bowl is almost all rice, little fish. On top of an already scant scoop of fish, they mince the salmon SO SMALL. It's so tiny you barely need to chew it lol. The Springifeld location is a much better bang for your buck.
