Bought a small hoagie for $12 left a two dollar tip, and a $14 hoagie and left another three dollar tip. Felt unusually light brought it back to customer service and they said sorry nothing we can do. Way better back in the day.

I've only ever had their food when work buys it so I can't speak to service or atmosphere but the food is way overrated. The meatball sandwiches are dry and the sauce tastes like Prego. There's a ton of way better sandwich shops that are locally owned in the area.

Picked up a party tray sunday. Looks like the tray was dropped. Tray was sitting out on the counter for hours. The party tray should have been refrigerated. The lettuce was wilted the tomatoes were warm cheese was warm chicken cutlet was warm lunch meat was warm. I was so embarrassed to serve it to my guests. They were very displeased. Called back manager the next day to complain. Manager explained to me the staff working at the time were inexperienced so that became my problem. All he offered me was 10% off my next order. What is 10% ? nothing. I would stay clear of this primos establishment. Staff is not friendly establishment is not clean. They didn't pack the pickles, oil, vinegar and the sweet peppers with the hoagie Tray. I'm sure the owner will respond to this comment (sorry you were displeased) Nobody cares about their job anymore or quality service
They are extremely under staffed. Was told it would be a 15-20 minute wait from I called and ordered and had to wait over an hour for food that was sloppily prepared and wasn’t labeled correctly. This particular location is dreadfully bad. Avoid at all costs.

The place is getting toooo. expensive . Looks like not enough meets size getting smaller. Definitely was way better. I like the bread and the meat.

Stopped at primo one day because my wife has never been. The place was clean, the staff was quick and proficient with their orders, especially on a game day! Italian Diablo was on point and we will be back in the future!
