QDOBA Mexican Eats

I go to the Qdoba often. I have had multiple experiences that were very slow and I have overlooked it previously, but the latest experience tipped it over the edge. Not only did it take over 20 minutes for them to help us (there was only one couple in the store other than us) but my rice and tortilla were completely stale. I only learned this when I was already home and was completely disappointed. I will definitely not be going back here when there is a chipotle up the road that has the quickest service I’ve ever experienced and has great quality every time.

No corn ? No pico de gallo? No rice? How is this even possible at a taco/burrito place… horrible attitude from the employee and didn’t inform me there was not half the toppings prior to me ordering. Will not be bsck

I go to qdoba almost on a consistent basis, just recently, I have seen new members and employees start working here and I just been smelling strong odors of some type of drugs coming from the guy on night shift when he came from the bathroom, it happened more than one of my visits there

Worst qudoba ever and ever I ate. The food was disgusting and the lady who is serving doesn’t even know how to talk to customers. They added very little sauce to the bowl and when I asked to add little bit more they are saying it would charge extra. But which restaurant doesn’t even add the enough dressing on a bowl and charge extra if we asked to put the appropriate quantity for the bowl? These places are just taking the qudoba reputation. The owner should consider these reviews.

Went to the location in West Chester. Victoria was super friendly and very attentive. One of the best experiences I’ve had at this location. Hope she serves me again on my next visit!

Great food and very neat atmosphere! I love going here… this is my kid’s favorite place. What a terrific customer service !!! Love it! Staffs are very friendly and amend orders with pleasure. They all are wonderful especially Victoria, she is the best !

Much better and consistent than the Chipotle in West Chester. The food always seems fresh, and they always have special additions to the menu which helps toss things up. The prices are very reasonable, which helps in this economy.

However - the customer service is almost so consistently terrible and off-putting to such a degree that I really have to psych myself up to step foot in the restaurant. The interactions are so uncomfortably unpleasant that the tip jar next to the cash register is almost laughable. Not sure if the daytime crew is any different, but the manager really should sit-in on the nighttime shift.

Very disappointed with my experience at Qdoba. They didn’t have black beans, fajitas, or cilantro available, yet I was still charged an extra fee for additional queso. It feels unfair to charge for queso when other staple ingredients are missing. It seems the employees are not refilling lot of items that were finished.
