I truly cannot say enough great things about this place. The staff is always personable and friendly, and the bagels are always fresh! I work in the west chester area and frequent here often before work, my asiago bagel is the same every time. A must try if you’re in the west chester area!

As many times as I try to give this place another chance, I’m constantly disappointed one way or another. To begin, the everything bagels seldom have any of the toppings on them. More of a “something” than an “everything”, might as well get a plain bagel half the time. If you don’t order online, you’ll wait 15-20 minutes even just for a bagel and cream cheese, no matter if the place is empty or not. When ordering for delivery, there will always be multiple items on the order missing, and when calling the restaurant you’ll be lucky if they answer the phone- and if they do, they’ll give nonsense excuses. I understand being a busy breakfast spot, but take some accountability. For the final straw. The “manager” told me on the phone that it wasn’t their fault because a different delivery driver took the order and they wouldn’t remake it, stating that I would have to place a whole new order. The service at this establishment is disgusting and I’m incredibly disappointed time and time again.
I wish that I could keep giving this place another chance, because the food (when actually prepared) is actually good, but I’m always disappointed.

The atmosphere, service, and food – everything is just perfect here. Of course, the bagels are amazing, but every other menu item is also incredibly delicious. They fill each dish generously with fresh ingredients, and every time I visit, everything tastes so fresh. I can truly feel the care and quality in every bite!

Came last week with my husband and a friend. Food was delicious, but took forever for someone to take our order. Came again today to eat, got seated, and decided what we were going to get. Waited for minutes and no one still came to even the one drinks. Still waiting and as we’re waiting we see the waiters/waitresses making eye contact with us, see that no one has taken our orders or anything and completely walk passed us. After another minute, my husband called someone who was walking pass us and she took our order. Finally someone else comes to take our food order giving us the excuse that people are going on break and orders got mixed up. I get it when places get to crazy and hectic and people going on break and all that, but the fact that you see us and didn’t bother to come up to us at all while your serving other people who just got here while we’ve been waiting and then also chit chatting in the back as we’re waiting is ridiculous. Sad to say that next time we’ll just do take out.

What a great find in West Chester. My wife and I stopped in after voting. Very casual place with a super collection of homemade bagels, rolls and breads. My wife ordered a toasted everything bagel and I had two eggs, home fries, sausage links and amazing whole wheat toast. Everything was delicious! The coffee was great hot and generous! Staff could not have been more accommodating. They do a super take out business as well. We will definitely return and perhaps try lunch as well.

Worst pick up process ever. Waited 50 minutes for a pick up order of 2 bagels because the staff put orders out on different shelves without calling out names despite the line being out the door. Regular orders being placed on the shelf for doordash/uber eats where customers cant see. Poor communication all around between staff.
