I truly cannot say enough great things about this place. The staff is always personable and friendly, and the bagels are always fresh! I work in the west chester area and frequent here often before work, my asiago bagel is the same every time. A must try if you’re in the west chester area!

As many times as I try to give this place another chance, I’m constantly disappointed one way or another. To begin, the everything bagels seldom have any of the toppings on them. More of a “something” than an “everything”, might as well get a plain bagel half the time. If you don’t order online, you’ll wait 15-20 minutes even just for a bagel and cream cheese, no matter if the place is empty or not. When ordering for delivery, there will always be multiple items on the order missing, and when calling the restaurant you’ll be lucky if they answer the phone- and if they do, they’ll give nonsense excuses. I understand being a busy breakfast spot, but take some accountability. For the final straw. The “manager” told me on the phone that it wasn’t their fault because a different delivery driver took the order and they wouldn’t remake it, stating that I would have to place a whole new order. The service at this establishment is disgusting and I’m incredibly disappointed time and time again.
I wish that I could keep giving this place another chance, because the food (when actually prepared) is actually good, but I’m always disappointed.

Do you love iced coffee packed with so much ice you get 3 sips out of it? Must try. Can’t get enough of overpriced, cold sandwiches because you stare at your take out order for 10 minutes while you wait for an employee to move it from one counter to a shelf by the door? This is the place
The atmosphere, service, and food – everything is just perfect here. Of course, the bagels are amazing, but every other menu item is also incredibly delicious. They fill each dish generously with fresh ingredients, and every time I visit, everything tastes so fresh. I can truly feel the care and quality in every bite!

Ordered delivery and my order took over an hour to be prepared. I ordered a bagel and a side of bacon. I never even got my order delivered either. I’m hangry and annoyed.
