First time ordering from here. I ordered a ch.steak I didn't know frenchfries included. But I was very disappointed there was no beef @ all very cheap looking for the price. This will be my first and last time I go there.

I accidentally ordered a pizza from the wrong Sabatino's. I meant to order from Sabatino's on West Chester Pike, but Grub Hub picked the wrong restaurant and I didn't notice. The pizza was ok, but not nearly as good as the other Sabatino's. The only good thing that came out of it was that I got free delivery.

I ordered take-out from this place as my husband and I moved in down the street. We heard great things about it! We ordered one cheese, one sausage, and one white pizza for our friends and family who helped us move in, and we all loved it!

Pizza was good but we ordered cheese fries and we're not aware that they had cheese whiz on them. Not a huge fan of that stuff.

For the love of pizza, please, please, please use fresh mushrooms; NOT CANNED. Canned mushrooms ruin what would otherwise be great pizza. Unforgivable considering your proximity to THE MUSHROOM CAPITAL OF THE WORLD.

Pick up instead of delivery for the first time. Got home & pizza was cold! The chicken Caesar salad had bread (not croutons or toasted) in the salad. No crunch. Chicken tenders were small & over-fried. Kids weren't happy the pizza had to be heated up. Why not text when it's done? It's 2023!

The man running the cash register is a real creep. He publicly crucified the girl who took the order wrong and embarrassed her. She misunderstood. Next time just fix the issue and don't humiliate people.I've lived in West Chester a long time now and have found many OK pizza places. This is by far the BEST pizza around!!!!
