The fried deviled eggs were pure ecstasy. The views from the rooftop bar were amazing! Also, as an architect and structural engineer, I appreciate that this is actually a rooftop bar, and not just a deck.

Awesome place! Food was delicious and so reasonably priced. Service was top-notch. The outside seating area was an added bonus. Highly recommend!

This restaurant is very cool inside. Modern industrial, upscale vibe yet very casual. The rooftop patio is fantastic, unlike any other outdoor space around. The food was excellent - a menu that changes regularly. Our party of 7 got our appetizers, drinks, and food quickly. The service was excellent, too! Great place for a delicious dinner!

Came here for the first time last night and had the best time! We sat on the rooftop, which had a live DJ playing music all night! The food was delicious - especially the short rib & shrimp. I'm a wine gal but tried the Cosmo Kramer cocktail and it did not disappoint. We will definitely be back.

Stopped in for a cocktail during restaurant festival for a drink. Ordered the Dub Tiki as it called for overproof Jamaican rum and aged Barbados rum and falernum. Saw Smith and Cross on the back bar and thought I had a chance at a decent drink. Boy was I wrong. Only rum used was Bacardi Superior. I tasted no rum, no falernum, no lime, just watered down passion fruit, mango and pineapple. No measuring either. Just pours.
Based on this experience we will not return to even try the food or give another bartender a chance to make a decent cocktail.

I want to start by saying my girlfriend & I really want to like this place. We had a great first experience here when they opened. The bartenders were awesome & the owners let us taste drinks when they were deciding on the menu. Today we had a pretty bad experience and we're usually not ones to complain. Her & I are in our 30's and spent most of our lives as servers. We were seated promptly today but had to wait a little too long to get service despite the place being empty. The food was just awful. Our salad came out with rock hard peaches that they told us were "supposed to be that way" when they were absolutely not that way last time we ordered the dish. The chicken sandwich felt like it had a lack of seasoning and wasn't cooked right. The truffle fries felt like they had no truffle. It was just incredibly disappointing. We will likely be back for cocktails if Anthony is working, but I don't think we'll ever eat there again. Too expensive for what we bought and how it was dealt with. That being said we'll still always leave 20% because we know what it's like to be in service. The rooftop could use a little livening up decor-wise - also surprised not to see a bar up there, though that may be a licensing thing.

Just there for some drinks and music on the rooftop. Awesome atmosphere on a perfect evening, well above the noise of the street. Diverse beer list and interesting cocktail menu gave plenty of options. Mary provided excellent service. Live music was pleasant, fun, but easy to talk over.

Nice interior, beer prices are about average for West Chester but would be nice if there was one budget choice. Great gazpacho! Thick and well seasoned, would come again and try more food for sure.

We had a fantastic experience last night! The rooftop has nice views, the Hot Honey Peach Margarita was the best cocktail I’ve ever had, food was fast and delicious, and our server, Gavin, was THE BEST! Gavin was super personable and very attentive, and we had the best conversations with him that just made our night. We will definitely be back!

Dined here recently for the first time and had very high expectations for this new restaurant. Overall I think they are trying to find their way but the growing pains are obvious. Advertised as a “scratch kitchen” I was surprised to be handed a laminated menu. How often do the dishes change if we are given the same menu every night? It seemed odd to me and the lamination made the experience feel much less elegant and unique. Small details make a big difference. We ordered drinks and they were delicious. Well crafted and a beautiful presentation. We ordered our appetizers and settled into a friendly conversation with our friends as we waited for our apps to arrive. And then we waited some more. Our waitress was busy cleaning tables, chatting with friends at other tables, etc, and never really checked back with us for almost 30 minutes. When we finally got her attention she informed us that the kitchen was backed up and running slow. Seemed odd as the restaurant wasn’t that crowded. (Growing pains) We grew increasingly concerned at this point because she had not stopped by to refresh our drinks or take our dinner order and we were quickly approaching an hour since we were seated. Fast forward another 30 minutes and our food arrived. Every plate looked lovely. The fries were fantastic. The salmon burger was not up to par and we all had suspicions that it was a frozen patty and not made from scratch. The short ribs were perfect but the garlic mashed potatoes were watery and thin. Average score with some low points that I hope will be addressed as they get more meals out of the kitchen over time. When we received our second round of drinks we were shocked out how different they were from the first round. Same drink but round 2 was undrinkable. It looked wrong from the moment it hit the table. Filled nearly to the brim the Old Fashions had at least double the alcohol then they should have had. Very unfortunate as we loved the first drink and thought that we had found the best drink in town. Inconsistency will kill a good spot very quickly. I hope that Serum can pull together and find their footing very soon. I wish this group all the best and I hope my criticism is taken in the tone I intend and to offer encouragement and feedback that will lead to their long term success. Thx!

Food and drinks were great - pub burger was excellent - and we really enjoyed the acoustic live music atmosphere!

I had the pleasure of dining on the newly opened rooftop for the first time a few weeks ago. The staff, atmosphere service were all great! The addition of a DJ enhanced my experience on this particular night. Can’t wait to come back!❤️

Drinks took forever. Sever said they were short staffed. 25 min for a cocktail? Maybe management should be behind the bar. Once and done. I'm out. Good luck !
