Most amazing people. Anything here comes from the heart.
Best shawarma. The tzatziki is perfection. Fresh salad ingredients. Quick service and extremely friendly. I’ll be back.

Worst meal ever. Waited 90 minutes for disgusting chicken shawarma in a sauce that in no way resembled any shawarma I have ever had. Limp fries. Tasteless baklava. People, go elsewhere!

My order on doordash was accepted, but when I drove over to pick up my food but the store was closed. Why accept orders if nobody's running the store? This was only the latest of many incidents where either the store was closed when Google says it's open, or we order food and it's prepared much too late. It's unfortunate because this is one of the few halal options available in the area. Not to mention the food is much too expensive given the service and quality.

Just got a lamb shawarma, with fries and baklava.
This place 100% deserves its high rating.
The kebab meat was perfect in flavor and seasoning, and the vegetables were great. The sauce inside was perfect and they were generous with their portioning. The fries were very well seasoned and stay nice and crispy even with the sauce which pairs really well with the seasoning.
The baklava was fantastic, the nuts tasted great with the pastry and the bottom was nice and sweet.
I recently had kebab for the first time in Europe, and was missing it over in reading PA. I drove an hour to find this place and they hit the spot without fail.
This is THE kebab place to go. 10/10 would eat again.

I am not sure if this place is still in business. I decided to eat here today (08/01/24), but found that it wasn't open! I drove around in the hot weather looking for a place to park for maybe 20 minutes. I FINALLY found a parking lot and paid for the spot ONLY TO FIND THAT THIS SCAM OF A BUILDING WAS CLOSED!! Online stated it was open. Please do the world a favor and take down your website if you're never open. Before attempting to try this place, I read the reviews online. But I honestly believed that this place was going to do better since they already drove away many possible customers. Someone responds with an email to reply to, but I don't think anyone checks that since this place is NEVER open. Thank you, bye!
Spent $26 for some fatty bland chicken over white rice, a side of lettuce and onions as a “salad”, and a can of coke. They just flat iron grilled chicken breast with no seasoning and called it chicken shawarma. The only chance you have of getting any flavor is SPENDING MORE MONEY FOR SAUCE. The prices are unbelievably high for the quality. And I can’t positively pin this on them, but woke up nauseous as hell in the middle of the night and I certainly can guess where that came from. Never written a review before but I can’t believe this highway robbery of a restaurant. Don’t even reply to this unless it’s to give me a refund. Straight scam.

2024 update: Thank for replying to my post but this occurred 6 years ago. Not sure what specifics I could give you at this point. I will reiterate that I do like this place. The owner was fantastic. But that’s all I have to say. Hopefully the place is continuing to improve its service as West Chester desperately needs more halal restaurants like this.
UPDATE: in the 9 months since this review I have ordered from here several times and can honestly say it hasn't gotten better. On a few occasions my delivery order was either 3+ Hours late or simply never showed up. On one occasion I was told my order was 3.5 hours late because they had to cook the rice. How pathetic! I don't see this business being around much longer unfortunately.
I can tell the owners deeply care about this business. I want all locally owned restaurants to be successful but this place has a ways to go before that happens. I've ordered take out, dine in, and delivery within the past few months. Unfortunately the quality of food did not get better over time. On one delivery, I hadn't received my food in over 2 hours. I called in and apparently the delivery driver called out. Of course no one contacted me about it. Secondly....and lastly, I had a long curly hair in my food. Kebab is an untapped market in west chester but these things quickly turned me off from ordering in the future but if they focus on the small things like, presentation, cleanliness, punctuality then they may have long term success. My message for the owner is LISTEN! Stubbornness is the reason the majority of businesses fail. If your not improving, your going backwards!
