Waited 40 minutes for hush puppies while the restaurant was nearly empty at 3pm. Primary food order came 5 minutes later and my son’s order was wrong. It’s a shame because the food is good. But the service has been so slow both times I’ve been here. They did comp his meal. Just expect to wait a while and enjoy your drinks. Don’t come if you’re in a hurry.

We were there eating and having drinks and I ask 2x if me and my friend could just go upstairs for a peek at the Christmas bar while we waited for our food Downstairs(our husbands at the table ) so we had to come down. They were very rude and would not let us because there was a line outside. I’m sorry I was already a paying customer inside and only wanted to take a look. The bouncer who was in my face with horrible breath then accused me of being drunk and wanted to escort me outside and the manager was no better. By that time we were leaving anyway. On our way out with a line outside he let about 6-8 of people he knew cut the line and go upstairs. So keep your Christmas bar I’ll find another. There are many others to choose from . Ppl don’t waste your time

Celebrated my buddy's 21st bday here and to say we were disappointed is an understatement. As a party of 7 we all ordered overpriced cocktails and brunch and waited over an hour for over easy (well done) eggs and bacon to come out. Aside from that, our toast literally could be ripped half from the heat lamp it sat under for 30 minutes. As my first time visiting I cant say I'm happy with the service we received. Don't come here if you expect a speedy meal and drink. A rush according to our waiter is 2 parties of two coming in and getting their brunch before us… True to their name .. Slow hands

The Nashville chicken sliders were so tender, crispy, and juicy I HIGHLY recommend. The hush puppies are so crispy and the sauce has a slight kick so delicious. The vibes are great and our server Shaye was amazing!

We liked the front door and just gave it a shot… I was blown away by the food… Hands down the BEST food EVER… everything is made fresh in house. We weren’t expecting five star restaurant quality food from local bar joint, but everything was home made… not a single item in our table tasted like processed frozen stuff… Even the OJ for the mimosas is freshly squeezed! The hash browns were amazing. The drinks were great! The fried chicken had deliciously seasoned crispy breading…The gravy was to die for…. if you’re looking for quality food at affordable prices, you won’t regret it! Hats off the the chef… whoever he/she is, you can taste the love that goes into making this food!

The menu is small. Just the way fine dining should be. Everything I've gotten has been excellent. Their chopped salad is the best! Oh! And the tomato soup with grilled cheese crouton! Soooo flipping good!

Actually unbelievable food, not lying. I have a high standard of restaurants and this has the vibe, food, and drinks all in one in an unexpected place like West Chester coming from NYC. Foie gras chicken nuggets are the best nuggets I’ve ever had.

Perhaps the most well-managed and friendliest restaurant in West Chester right now. If you haven’t visited recently, I recommend stopping in sometime soon!

While the overall service left much to be desired, our experience was remarkably improved by one outstanding server, Alex! He was amazing!

We went to slow hand on a very busy night when the bar and kitchen were backed up. Our server, Alex, (who is normally a bartender) was absolutely amazing. He was so personable, checked in on us often, and did anything he could do to help serve us more quickly. We ordered desserts to go, and we left a bit early since one of the desserts was taking a while. Alex chased us down to give us a gift card for the inconvenience. He is awesome and made what could have been a bad night a great one. We will definitely be back ?
