They do a good job but are unfortunately always out of at least one major ingredient. The drive thru lines are usually long so you are unable to find out what ingredient they are out of until you’ve been waiting quite some time. Today they said they were out of bananas. I ordered a smoothie with a dairy whey blend, but I did not realize there’s egg white powder in it. I have a severe egg allergy and ended up wasting $10 on a smoothie. It’s probably my fault, but I did not realize it until driving 15 min after. I realize it says “blend” which could mean anything, but it also says “dairy whey” which can be misinterpreted. I didn’t see allergens stated in-store, but maybe there was, I just couldn’t see it.

Ordered a smoothie- peanut ? power plus. Have had multiple times np. Except last two times not much ice and warm. So was not good.This time- same thing and as I was drinking the smoothie not even half way through there was something strange/odd and had to spit it back in cup. It maybe was an old date not sure but it was bigger than normal and was disgusting and slimy. A complete waste of my money again. I would hate to think the person preparing it didn’t something to it. Not going back.

The staff goofs off the whole time while you’re sitting there waiting. The açaí bowl I ordered was watery and had barely any toppings. Won’t be going back.

I placed an order on DoorDash and it was cancelled so I called the store to find out why since I found it odd because I ordered in advance. According to the person I called, there were only two workers working but they went above and beyond to help me out. They contacted DoorDash and immediately called me back to let me know they got my order and are working on making it. I appreciate the customer service I received. Thank you :)

Myself and a few others stopped going here because the employees inconveniently and annoyingly hand/fumble the credit card machine on a large wire out the window for the person in the car to swipe their card, obviously so they can collect a tip. I don't think this is a scenario where a top should be requested. If anything, put a tip jar at the window. It is awkward for the driver as they have immediate access to see tip or no tip prior to serving you. I recommend ownership has the employee make sure to swipe the card on their own instead of having the driver do so.
