It is good place to visit while you studying inside the library. Sometimes, the employee does not make the drinks properly. Especially when I order cookie crumble frappacino. They forget to add an essential ingredient on the drink sometimes. Please try to make the drinks properly while following directions and if you are out of stock for something then do not take the order.

I would just like to say how rude some staff members are. Some of them are awesome!! But others...not so much. One of the staff members was giving out samples, and mind you, did not label what the samples were. I grabbed a sample and was wondering if it was a chocolate chip scone or blueberry. Finally, the worker answered me and said it was blueberry. I am very allergic to blueberries so I immediately put it back down, also mind, I did not touch the food itself, just the wrapper. Then as soon as I put it down, the worker screamed at me saying Ma'am you can't put that back down since you touched it...Take it back blah blah, just complaining while yelling at me to put it down. First of all, you could of just politely asked me to take it back and throw it away, and second of all, you should of labeled the samples since someone like me who is VERY allergic to blueberries could get very hurt and something unfortunate could happen. I proceeded to tell her I was allergic and she just walked away and did not apologize. By the way, this was a woman in her 30's or older. Not some teenager. This woman should know to do these things and be nicer next time. Thank you.

Let the workers unionize and then I'll come back.

Closed 10 minutes early, told me to F off, and then laughed at me when I walked out. Absolutely horrible service! The morning shift is so sweet but the night shift are the rudest people I’ve ever met. Hope they get what’s coming to them.
Every time I go I usually have the same order but it tastes different every single time :( they’re also always out of chocolate croissants
Didn't know a Starbucks even had the option to refuse to American Express. One extra star since I learned something new.

the bravest people on campus are the people who work here. yall r fighting for ur LIFE up there. lines out the door and its still not an awful wait. food and drinks are always exquisite. anyone blaming the people working here for the wait are wack and no nothing ab the food service industry. LIVE LOVE WCU STARBS
The lines are RIDICULOUSLY long, all of the time. Expect to wait over 30 mins to put an order in. Expecting to grab a quick cup of coffee before your class? Literally forget about it…Having an hour in between classes and stopping by for a drink, just to rush or be late to my next class is not it!I understand that it’s on a college campus and there’s large masses to serve, however there needs to be a better system, more staff, and staff that actually moves with a purpose.

Starbucks' refill policy sucks. They only give you the refill price if you stay there the whole time. I work night shift and I can't stay there, I just need the caffeine and if I come back 4 hours later (while working a double shift), I should be able to get the refill price.

Good and fast, doesn’t open at 7, opens at 7:30.
The workers are so poorly trained that they don't know that frappuccinos get whipped cream, which is pretty sad. I've been here a few times now, and yeah the lines are long, but it's on a college campus, so that's kind of assumed.
Pros: Lively atmosphere, nice music, good menu variety.Cons: Long line, ALWAYS. Workers are always swamped and overwhelmed This causes orders to be sloppy and not even be the correct item you ordered. Seen workers not wear gloves when handling pastries, and throw straws or coffee koozies at people instead if handing it to them. Not friendly or pleasant service. The absolute bare minimum.
