This used to be a Starbucks with chairs and tables and now it is pick up only, NO drive through. No tables or cozy chairs. It was not friendly. This is the only Starbucks in the area and it is obvious how Starbucks is declining. This model and choice is really terrible. I can spend $9 on a coffee at a better coffee shop a mile away with chairs. If I need coffee to go, I'll go to Wawa

Occasional problems with ordering. I ordered on the app, and I saw on the screen five orders arriving after mine while waiting in the store, and they all got prepared before mine. Playing games with the orders is not fun for the customers

Mobile only, not noted on Google maps. No cafe area. Gift cards were rejected despite no expiration date on the card. Burrito with bacon had no bacon. There's a reason I rarely go to Starbucks

Our sandwich was absolutely destroyed! This is how our sandwich came. Clearly whoever made this sandwich saw this little crumb of bread for the top piece and still decided to sell it. The bread was completely squished and there was only a quarter of a piece of bread on the top of the sandwich. A $6.00 sandwich is not worth this type of quality. I suggest a different Starbucks or the Wawa across the street because this is unacceptable.

This location switched to pick up orders only but I didn't know that. So I ordered online a simple cup of coffee and then waited 10 minutes for it. Staff was friendly, but it would be great if there was a way to just get a simple poor without the online ordering

Making this place mobile/pickup only was the best decision made at this location since it opened as it helps resolve the issue that the parking lot is a nightmare.

Ever since they changed this location to just pick up only, it has gone down hill. Every single time I go here, the wait takes forever. The other day, I had to wait 40 mins for my order and one of my drinks wasn’t even filled. It looked like someone took like 2-3 sips from the cup. Not only that, the girl gave me my other drink which was cold with a lid that needed a straw, she didn’t give one to me and I had to wait an additional 5 mins to get my straw. Like how do you expect me to drink out of this. At the same time I felt bad because it looked that they were under staff. This store is just a terrible mess.

Update 2024: This is a grab-and-go only spot now. No seating or restrooms - makes it a much less enjoyable experience. Parking is still difficult.

This Starbucks is quite different from your traditional Starbucks. It's more of an order ahead and take out kind of vibe! Still great baristas just a small quaint little grab and go store!

Not a typical Starbucks. Basically only to pick up app orders. No bathroom, nowhere to sit, no baked goods on display, not even an employee available to take orders. Would have been nice to have known before wasting my time. These types of locations obviously get a lot of business, but please name it differently like “Starbucks Express” or something to indicate that it’s not a normal store.
