Came home for a visit and brought a couple friends that had never really had a proper cheesesteak. After multiple stops around Chester County to try some of the “best of the best”, we all agreed that Steaks was our hands down favorite!! The meat is well seasoned, cheese ratio is just right and the new in house roll is baked to perfection. Added bonus was the friendly customer service and welcoming vibe from the staff. Highly recommend making the trip to STEAKS!!!

Had extremely high hopes but it fell short. The meat is not seasoned well. The cheese tasted like American, not cooper sharp. The cheese was all at the bottom of the sandwich. You could tell they did not fold the cheese into the meat, just melted it on top and flipped it into the roll. For the hype and the price, no thanks.

My family has tried Steaks of West Chester twice and highly recommend it. The quality of meat, service, and atmosphere reminds me of early 2000s. Food it is really good. The rolls that they use may not be for everyone, but my family loves it.

Came here with high expectations given all the hype and reviews around the establishment. Overall disappointed with the food quality especially the buffalo wings. Two drinks, two cheesesteaks and an order of buffalo wings ended up costing $55. Insanely overpriced for wings thats are subpar and for dry cheesesteaks. For that price I expect more.

It's the best cheese steak in Chester Country, at least from the places I've been, and I've been to a lot. The seeded rolls are what makes it, really good bread, and a generous portion of ribeye (I was only able to eat a little more than half). Kinda reminds me of Angelo's in South Philly, which for me is high praise, cause they have the best steaks I've ever had, again, because of their seeded rolls.
I've noticed most of the bad reviews are cause of a service related issue, not the actual food. I've never had a problem with service, and every business is gonna mess something up occasionally, but in my experience, everything has been what you'd expect. There's also a couple reviews that describe how great it was, then they give them 3 stars, lol ... Great steaks though, they're easily the best in West Chester and imo better than any I've tried in the entire county (Lo Piccalo in West Chester is #2).
