Ugh I really wanted to love this but the meat to roll ratio was not it. I feel like there was so much more to be given ugh. Maybe I’ll give it another chance but sadly not impressed

i just want to shoutout the owner for her incredible customer service. i ordered on grubhub and they never assigned a driver to my order and the restaurant ended up closing and she drove it to my home herself with one of her employees and refused to take any money from me as a tip or anything of the sorts. she even told me to call grubhub for a refund and apologized profusely for a mistake that was not hers or her businesses. the food is incredible and never misses either. thank you Steaks!!

We ordered a buffalo chicken cheesesteak with long hots and cooper cheese. So good. The cheese was mixed in so well and the long hots gave it that spicy kick since most places don’t have hot buffalo sauce. The sesame roll was yummy. Packed full of meat. Great price for everything you get and the service was very nice.

I am a big fan of cheesesteaks, Steaks in West Chester Pa is by far one of the best I ever had. Mya, the daughter of the owner, was super nice and provided amazing service. She knew a ton about the business of cheesesteaks even as she pursues her MBA and her future in the business world. The cheesesteak was amazing. the roll fabulous. and the thick cut well done fries with old bay were the icing on the top. I will def be back to Steaks.. 13 out of 10

Me and my dad went here we spilt a pizza cheesesteak and a regular cheesesteak the pizza one was ok but was lacking on flavor. The regular one though was so good and great roll. 5 stars on the regular cheesesteak

These cheesesteaks are OUTSTANDING. Walked in on a Tuesday evening around 6 to place an order and no one was in there. There were a good amount of table to dine in at though. Waited about ten minutes for my order which was so quick. I got a cheesesteak with fried onions, mozzarella sticks, and fries. The portion of fries was actually massive which was reassuring considering they were $7.00. I almost didn't order the mozzarella sticks because, again when I saw $9.00 for them, I wanted to know what on earth is making mozzarella sticks $9.00. Well let me tell you what, the mozzarella sticks here are some of the best I've ever had. Who would have thought this place had that as a sleeper item?! The breading on these were full of flavor and so well seasoned. They aren't that plain battered crap you get at other pizza places. These are for sure made in house and I will absolutely be getting these every time I go.
Now, the cheesesteak. When I tell you I've had some really wonderful cheesesteaks this last year, this is hands down the best one. The flavor on this steak is just unmatched. The onions alone carry so much depth in flavor and the fact they're so well mixed into the steak, gives every bite what it needs. The cheese was also incorporated into every bite and the roll never gave way to the generous portion of meat you get. I am going to try my hardest not to come here every week but no promises.
