Service is ok. Atmosphere is fine but there isn’t many tables. This place is super overrated and nothing special. The cheesesteaks are fine. I didn’t really like the fries. The service is pretty fast though. Wouldn’t really recommend but it’s an okay place overall.

This place is the real deal! Worth every penny. Get the cooper sharp with fried onions. Love a good dedicated steak shop. Cheese fries are good too. Great seeded rolls too.

Offering hoagies is a good move, but the chicken cheesesteak ain’t it. Might explain why you don’t see a single photo of one on their social media. It’s just frozen US foods flat steak. No different than anywhere else. Use real chicken and could be something there. When the roll is the best part of your steak sandwich, you know you got got. Staff is unprofessional and arrogant just like the pizza spot. Makes it easy to spend money elsewhere than just another gimmick sandwich shop.

Been here several times, and it's always a hit. They tend to sell out by late afternoon and early evening on some days, especially weekends.It's got the vibe of a takeout pizza joint, which is pretty normal. The steaks however are as gourmet as they come -- the bread alone is magnificent.Honestly, two people can usually split one cheesesteak and have enough food. They're expensive, but enormous, so splitting is what we do and it's plenty.

We went expecting the hype to be overblown. It still might be a bit, but the sandwiches are really good. Well seasoned and a good portion. No complaints there. Wings were fine. The place was a little dirty, though. The bathroom was a little gross and there were trash cans in the dining area that needed to be changed with the lids hanging off them. We will be back, but hopefully these controllable things are rectified.

Food was great but the one boy up front taking orders should not be in food service. My food sat for at least 15-20 mins, I saw people go up and order and get their food before I got mine when I had called mine in.. The boy rang me up, didn’t give me my cheesesteak then proceeded to never call out my order and I had to go up and ask them where my order was. And lo and behold it was one of the orders that had been sitting there for 20 mins, and then kid up front argued with me that it just came out and got some attitude with me, when I told him I saw that order had been sitting there for around 20 mins and no one called my out my order when it was actually ready. Food lived up to the hype but that service is definitely not up to the owners standard… (specifically it was the kid that has a popped blood vessel in his eye, and is on the smaller side if I remember correctly)

My lodge brothers and I enjoyed lunch here. The cheese steak was great and the fries were real, could not finish took quite a bit home. We'll be back.....Parking: We were lucky to get a space in front of the door

Just stopped in today for a stark after work. I wish I knew the guys schedule who was cooking. Because GOT DAMN! One of the best steaks I've ever had!This was my 4th time going there since they opened and was by far the best I've had.Good job and thank you!

Want to thank FOX29's Bob Kelly for featuring this place on his Kelly Drives show. Cheesesteak was Fantastic! By far the best I've ever had. Sandwich was huge, so unless you haven't eaten in days, good luck trying to finish it. Great for sharing. Ribeye meat was tender and flavorful, and the seeded roll added to the experience. Fries are fresh cut and equally delicious, tho they need to lighten up on the salt. While prices may seem high, the food is ample enough to share, so you'll be getting 2 meals out one order. We will be back.

I went on a Sunday around 6 and the place was crowded, which I thought was a good sign after seeing good reviews. I ordered 2 cheese steaks, one with fried onions and extra cheese and the other just fried onions, $34. The wait was like 20-25 minutes, the phone was ringing off the hook and there were about 15 ppl already waiting ahead of me. I was so disappointed when I got home. At first glance my roll was burnt and a dark brown color, meat was unevenly distributed and I paid for extra cheese and barely had any cheese or onions (I added my own). Already disappointed by the look I wasn’t too excited to try it. Needless to say, the sandwich was just not what it’s hyped up to be and I think it’s because that day it was quantity over quality. I love cheese steaks and have had them many places and already have favorites, but this is close so why not. Unfortunately, I’ll continue to travel for a good cheese steak for this is not one I’ll return for and I’ve heard many ppl state the same. Hopefully they buckle down and make a change.
