Very delicate flavour!! Normally you have to emotionally prepare yourself for a powerful ginger drinks but the balance is so good. None of the acidity from the hibiscus tea and all of the rich spiciness of the ginger. I tried a sample to not be rude but ended up walking away with a bottle. Would absolutely recommend stopping in for a sample.

I sampled SunSobo and it’s delicious and had to get a few bottles. You get the good spicey flavor from the ginger and clove with the floral notes from the hibiscus. It’s a little reminiscent of kombucha without the tartness. It’s incredibly refreshing and I’m honestly amazed it’s not in grocery stores because the owner of SunSobo has made something truly special. I really appreciate such a great drink that someone has put their heart and soul into. Absolutely delicious.
