I think they were really busy (although no one was in the drive through). This is a kfc/Taco Bell combo. The TB app does not recognize this location so you have to go inside/drive through. I waited over 10 mins for my food in the drive through line. My food tasted stale and I smelled a lot of old oil. The woman at the drive though was really nice and I don’t blame the staff for being slow - there’s just low support here for some reason.

Foods good when you actually get the right order. They need a new speaker or something. Some of the random food I get instead of what I ordered makes absolutely zero sense. Literally throwing money away on this weird crap they are giving me. Maybe I’ll try again in another year lol

me, a poc person, went in to order and i had the worst experience with the overweight white man screaming at me multiple times and completing messing up my order. he changed his attitude when a white customer came in after me.
the store was empty when i went in, he was not busy. i asked for the new menu items and he kept screaming i don’t know !! i don’t know!! over 5 times. and then ignored me as i was trying to order. one of the other workers, a young man came over and apologized and helped me instead.
insane behavior for simply trying to order. came home and my order was wrong.

Terrible experience. For a fast food location, the staff are exceptional at ruining a good day.
Not only did they get my order wrong after double-checking, but could not differentiate between any of the sauces --simple stuff. I fear the staff cannot distinguish a taco from a burrito or fire from hot. The staff, a man and woman, were beyond rude and, frankly, racist. It’s clear they do not care about others or providing a basic service.
I’ll be warning everyone I know to stay far away from this awful location.

Online and posted it says Taco Bell closes at 7:00pm on Thursday. We pulled up to the drive thru and they said it was closed and it was 6:30pm. The hours should be fixed.
Also, the last time we got food here, the bag was covered in nacho cheese both inside and outside. The chips and crunchy tortillas also tasted like old oil. Go to Qdoba instead.

I'm coming here ~6 months later, so I hope the same staff is working still. Each time I returned to this location, about 12 noon, an older gentleman would be there and was just fabulous. Incredibly kind, gentle, and joyful in his communication. He always gives off a great vibe. Lastly, what made me want to leave this review so badly is the fact he walked out to the parking lot where myself and another car were relaxing, enjoying our meals, and politely came up to our windows asking if we'd like any drink refills. Thank you Mister! P.s. the food is always great

I had ordered two soft tacos, the chicken cantina bowl with no beans and extra lettuce (which i stated multiple times, once after he repeated back “chicken cantina bowl?”), and a large baja blast. The total came out to $17.02. Not only did the guy at the register only hand me back 8¢ and not 98¢, but there was no fork or napkins in the bag, no avocado verde sauce for the cantina bowl, but there was also beans in the bowl. I am not one to usually complain, but as someone who used to work for Taco Bell I know there are requirements and the whole situation just seemed a little off. It usually is great when the older gentleman is at the register, but today was disappointing.
