Never going to this place again the food is not fresh and the service is always rude and most of the time whenever we pull up to go through the drive-through the workers are sitting outside on the curb smoking a cigarette and I bet you 100% they are not washing their hands before making your food Because they suddenly appear at the window, so if they are washing their hands, it’s not for long. Also they always seem to be a little cracked out.

I was doing DoorDash order and I waited inside for over 15 minutes and they did other orders that were in drive through before mine didn’t close the bag properly or have it sealed and they did not apologize for my wait worst Taco Bell location

I haven’t always had positive experiences with staff or service at Taco Bell/KFC locations, but today I went through the drive-thru with my partner at lunchtime and had a wonderful experience thanks to the young man who took and fulfilled our order. My partner often feels anxious in a drive-thru and avoids them due to the pressure to make quick decisions and the potential impatience from the team member taking the order, but felt none of that today. The young man was extraordinarily kind, calm, helpful, and polite; of course, our order was correct and quick (plenty of napkins and sauces, too) despite him likely being the only one inside the location working on the 4th of July. He then wished us a happy 4th of July and we were on our way. The interaction left us musing about how lovely he was and that was all it took to change the trajectory of our day for the better! We are hoping to be back at a time when he’s working again!

I think they were really busy (although no one was in the drive through). This is a kfc/Taco Bell combo. The TB app does not recognize this location so you have to go inside/drive through. I waited over 10 mins for my food in the drive through line. My food tasted stale and I smelled a lot of old oil. The woman at the drive though was really nice and I don’t blame the staff for being slow - there’s just low support here for some reason.
My first taco bell experience was FANTASTIC. The service was impeccable and they were on TOP of it. Slay KFC

Foods good when you actually get the right order. They need a new speaker or something. Some of the random food I get instead of what I ordered makes absolutely zero sense. Literally throwing money away on this weird crap they are giving me. Maybe I’ll try again in another year lol

me, a poc person, went in to order and i had the worst experience with the overweight white man screaming at me multiple times and completing messing up my order. he changed his attitude when a white customer came in after me.
the store was empty when i went in, he was not busy. i asked for the new menu items and he kept screaming i don’t know !! i don’t know!! over 5 times. and then ignored me as i was trying to order. one of the other workers, a young man came over and apologized and helped me instead.
insane behavior for simply trying to order. came home and my order was wrong.
