Finding a wedding cake that tastes delicious and looks amazing is a tall order to fulfill. After trying multiple shops I thought we would never find the cake we wanted. Our vendor used Masters Baker as the cake vendor (included in our package) and they were a breeze to work with! We went in for our tasting ~5 months prior to the wedding and made our choices during the appt. We did come prepared with an idea of how we wanted the cake to look, which made the appt easier. We confirmed all details a few days before the wedding and Masters Baker took care of the rest. We loved the chocolate layer with swiss meringue buttercream! Highly recommend for your cake needs.

Our wedding cake was included with the Master Baker through our venue. The experience was fun and very easy. We worked with Gi for our tasting and design. We had a lovely time going through the different options. It was like a cake charcuterie board, so amazing!
We ended up going with their vanilla sour cream pound cake and a cinnamon icing for the filling. It was delicious
The tasting books up for weekends pretty far in advanced. Book early! They’re in downtown west Chester, so you can easily make a day out of it.

I do not know what happened to this cake it was the most disgusting cake I have ever had. It taste like cinnamon that is not what I ordered the icing was sickening sweet. The cake was beautifully decorated. The cake was horrid not fit to eat. The only reason I gave a 3 star because it was beautifully decorated.This was the biggest dissapointment to our wedding day. The people at the wedding said the same thing. This just is not good for your business. Some people said the same thing I said. I was so dissapointed.

They made our visions come to life. & not to mention how delicious it was!!! We went with vanilla pound cake & confetti cake. Both options were amazing & being able to show the kid in us in our wedding cake was unforgettable. Thank you again so much for the most perfect wedding cake!!

The cake was delivered on time and successfully! It was a hit - so good and fresh! The separate anniversary cake that is provided is also so cute. Our favorite part was the free cake testing session for sure. Highly recommend this bakery!

We were lucky enough to have Master’s Baker design and bake our cake for our August 31st wedding! They were partnered with our caterer, but Master’s Baker was already on our list of bakers because we have used them many times for various events throughout my family’s life and couldn’t have not had one of their cakes at our wedding!
The cake tasting was one of my favorite days leading up to the wedding. I am a self-proclaimed “non-dessert eater”, and had left the cake flavor choice up to my now-husband. HOWEVER, I think I ended up eating more of the cake samples and might be a sweet lover now. We chose carrot cake and pound cake for our four-tiered cake, and a elegant, white piped design. The carrot-cake was a crowd favorite and was all any of our guests could talk about!
We also had an unusual request – our cake topper was a mini figurine of our dog and we wanted it to look like he was eating the cake! Master’s Bake took the challenge and delivered. The cake was absolutely beautiful. We would highly recommend Master’s Baker if you would like a stunning cake that also tastes DELICIOUS!

Our wedding cake from Master’s Baker was gluten free due to an allergy - it was absolutely the best cake I have ever had. We received compliments on it from everyone as well, and our guests were shocked to learn it was gluten free. Their bakers take allergies seriously by making gluten free cakes first thing in the morning to avoid cross-contamination, and I did not get sick. That said, they did not use our wedding colors for the cake at all. We provided specific shades of maroon and pink, and received a cake with purple accents. We also had to remind Master’s Baker of the allergies several times, as the person taking the order did not make a note, leading to confusion during several points in the process.

We chose Vanilla Chocolate Chip, Lemon Blueberry for the cake, and the fillings included Raspberry Jam, and Vanilla Buttercream.
