Unless you’re willing to do all of her suggestions which just happen to be up charges from your package. And if you have any bakery experience and knowledge, so you don’t fall for the fancy words she was trying to use to sell me. (I have bakery experience, including multitiered wedding cakes, birthday, graduation, even a football stadium carved out of rice, crispy, and cake, I would have made my own wedding cake if I wasn’t you know busy being the bride) once Beth saw that I wasn’t going along and wasn’t interested in all her up charge ideas she left me alone at the tasting and then rushed me out the door when she came back, was rude and unresponsive in emails, to the point the venue and owner (who was great) had to step in. And then my wedding cake had a HOLD in the icing and design in the middle tier, right in the front. Included in the package was also an anniversary cake which I did get as I was set on getting my moneys worth. A 15$ up charge to get the flavors of your wedding cake. They don’t tell you that part when you’re booking the wedding cake and such last year. Still super dry. Pretty much you’ll only get third best if you are willing to spend baby spend. Other wise, they don’t need you as a customer/ returning customer. I’m sure I’ll get a reply to this review. But I am one person, they don’t need me back. LOL thanks for being the most negative part of my wedding.

Working with The Master's Baker was a great experience and they were able to turn our ideas into something fantastic. Seeing the wedding cake on the day of the wedding was a highlight for us to see it all come together. We chose their peekaboo style cake which let us add in extra personality to our cake on one side, while leaving the other side more traditional which was perfect. Our guests all loved the design and said the cake tasted great! From the first tasting we knew we were in good hands. The cake was included in our package through our venue, but we chose to do upgrades, which were all reasonably priced. We highly recommend to anyone who wants cake that looks and tastes delicious to use The Master's Baker.

Our vendor used Masters Baker as the cake vendor (included in our package) and they were a breeze to work with! We went in for our tasting ~5 months prior to the wedding and made our choices during the appt. We did come prepared with an idea of how we wanted the cake to look, which made the appt easier. We confirmed all details a few days before the wedding and Masters Baker took care of the rest. We loved the chocolate layer with swiss meringue buttercream! Highly recommend for your cake needs.

Our wedding cake was included with the Master Baker through our venue. The experience was fun and very easy. We worked with Gi for our tasting and design. We had a lovely time going through the different options. It was like a cake charcuterie board, so amazing!
We ended up going with their vanilla sour cream pound cake and a cinnamon icing for the filling. It was delicious
The tasting books up for weekends pretty far in advanced. Book early! They’re in downtown west Chester, so you can easily make a day out of it.

I do not know what happened to this cake it was the most disgusting cake I have ever had. It taste like cinnamon that is not what I ordered the icing was sickening sweet. The cake was beautifully decorated. The cake was horrid not fit to eat. The only reason I gave a 3 star because it was beautifully decorated.This was the biggest dissapointment to our wedding day. The people at the wedding said the same thing. This just is not good for your business. Some people said the same thing I said. I was so dissapointed.

The cake was delivered on time and successfully! It was a hit - so good and fresh! The separate anniversary cake that is provided is also so cute. Our favorite part was the free cake testing session for sure. Highly recommend this bakery!

We were lucky enough to have Master’s Baker design and bake our cake for our August 31st wedding! They were partnered with our caterer, but Master’s Baker was already on our list of bakers because we have used them many times for various events throughout my family’s life and couldn’t have not had one of their cakes at our wedding!
The cake tasting was one of my favorite days leading up to the wedding. I am a self-proclaimed “non-dessert eater”, and had left the cake flavor choice up to my now-husband. HOWEVER, I think I ended up eating more of the cake samples and might be a sweet lover now. We chose carrot cake and pound cake for our four-tiered cake, and a elegant, white piped design. The carrot-cake was a crowd favorite and was all any of our guests could talk about!
We also had an unusual request – our cake topper was a mini figurine of our dog and we wanted it to look like he was eating the cake! Master’s Bake took the challenge and delivered. The cake was absolutely beautiful. We would highly recommend Master’s Baker if you would like a stunning cake that also tastes DELICIOUS!
