You had me at Hen of the Woods! Delicious food and love the seasonal specials (🍄 referenced above over Hummus). Fresh and from scratch - Meze is a must, can’t wait to come back again soon! And plenty of veg/vegan options too! Staff and owner were lovely. And inside!! What a cozy gem. I double down on the falafel.
Interior is small but very homey and personable. The service was very friendly and the food was incredible. They claim everything is fresh and locally sourced and you can TASTE it. Not only that, the dishes are also prepared extremely well. Ended the meal with their Baklava which rivaled the baklava that my aunt and uncle had in Istanbul. AMAZING.
The Mediterranean was in one word, impressive. The product is fresh and the preparation and combination of flavors was masterful. Great for vegetarians but also for those that prefer meat or fish. We sat outside and it was very comfortable and the service outstanding. Highly recommend!
