Won't be back. Ordered a cheesesteak after a 45 minute wait and went to cancel my order and miraculously the manager showed up with my cheesesteak. Wasn't worth the wait. Might have just caught them on an off day.

Enjoyed a yummy cheeseburger and sweet potato fries & onion rings last night. Burger may be best not salted as I like to add my own salt. Got a salad w honey mustard but it wasn't dressing. It was what chicken fingers would be dipped in. The sweet potato fries were excellent. I'm surprised the place wasn't packed. Tons of seating. Very sweet staff.

10 out of 10 absolute 10! The staff here is incredible. Talk about going above and beyond. I showed up a little bit before closing after working a 13 1/2 hour day. And when I walked in, I didn’t look at the hours and they were about to close and as soon as I realized what time it was, I apologized and told them it was no problem and they said no what do you want and they let me order and they were so kind and so friendly and the food was phenomenal. I got some incredibly delicious and perfectly cooked Buffalo wings with extra blue cheese and a Smashburger with their signature sauce. It was perfect! THANK YOU TIM! I will 100% be back and tell everybody about this hidden little gem in West Chester! This is a must go to spot!

How you recover says a lot. These guys just made it right. No fuss.

The food was a good burger and tots. Are burgers and tots hard? No. Easy to mess up? Not really. That said it was still good.
The atmosphere... let's say you have 27 children and want them to have ice cream. 2 adults 27 children. Well, this place has ice cream and yea.
So if you aren't thrilled to be in Romper Room, maybe get yours to go.
