Recently got takeout from here. Best pink lady roll I've ever had in my life; east or west coast. It was huge! Great value overall for size of the rolls. The salmon sashimi was delicious as well, completely melted in my mouth

We were visiting from NYC and on vacation around the area, so not a lot of option. It was an okay spot with eh ambiance. They made a mistake on our order not once , but twice. My. friend is allergic to seafood , shrimp. So they brought out shrimp tempura when we specifically said no shrimp. We also said no eggs and mushrooms and guess what they brought food out with those things in it. My pad thai wasn't good and not authentic, pad thai doesn't have like a soupy sauce on it, it was also sour with lacking some ingredients. Thai ice tea wasn't good either, only good thing is that it wasn't too sweet like some are. Can't really say anything else bc it's the only asian restaurant in the area.

I ordered the Angel Roll and WOW!! This was the best sushi roll I think I have ever had. It was crispy, semi-sweet, tangy, and the spicy tuna was incredible. The service was nice and very fast. We were also comfortably seated right away.

I did pick up last week, and I was extremely happy with my order. This is the first place that the sushi was still good after making the 30-minute drive home. When I went in to pick it up, everybody there was extremely kind and polite. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Just ordered the steak teriyaki through DoorDash. It was delivered quickly and hot. The crab Rangoon was good. The steak teriyaki has gone down hill significantly. Before 2020 I used to order the teriyaki here and it was like hibachi. Ordered tonight and the steak was over cooked and tasteless and the teriyaki was gross. I the sauce was really thick and tasteless. More like a poor rendition of black bean sauce. Guess I lost my local “hibachi” place. I hate spending good $ on bad food.

OMG - horrible. They actually try to pass off what they make as sushi- as sushi. It isn't and it is insulting to Japanese cuisine and Sushi Masters. - don't go there. Just tried them again after a very long hiatus and don't go there - as a long term resident of West Chester I have eaten there 3 times in over 20 years- and why - not authentic food and sloppy. cook at home and save your money for food there means something

Ordered takeout for the family and really enjoyed this spot! The portion sizes are really big which makes it perfect for family style eating. The Pad Thai had a great nutty taste with a salty, yet sweet sauce. Was a little dry but I'm glad they included a lime with it because the zesty addition was really nice. I highly recommend getting it with shrimp. The Pad See Ew was my favorite dish. Definitely on the spicier side so be prepared for a kick. Noodles were perfectly thick and the beef was yummy and tender. The Massamam Curry was creamy with the cumin adding an earthy depth to it. The leftovers on this one were even better than the day we ordered it because the chicken had time to marinate. We mostly stuck to the Thai dishes but I'm excited to order something else off the menu next time because it's huge!

Unfortunately, I placed an order through GrubHub - what a disaster! Usually, I order for pickup but this night I could not. To keep the story short, after 3 hours we still didn’t have our food delivered from GrubHub. When I called Tsunami to ask if the driver was there they mentioned there was not a driver. They knew I had been waiting for a long time, so the owner of Tsunami personally delivered our food! The small gesture went a long way with me even though we were already big fans of Tsunami, this just made it that much better! Thank you!

I'm writing this review as someone who worked in the kitchen for a short time. They prioritize the sushi above most of the dishes that are made in the kitchen, so if you want them at their best, stick to the sushi bar, rice, and soups. I learned more there in my short time than in any restaurant I've worked in before and it made me a better cook. The chef would make us traditional Cantonese dishes for lunch. I don't know if he is still there, but his food was extraordinary. If you want quality from their kitchen menu, be patient, especially on a busy night - don't compare the cooking and prep time to most other restaurants that you've been to that primarily use prepackaged Sysco ingredients covered in their house sauces (even the "fancy" ones). The lady there is always doing her best to cater to dining expectations that the mainstream crowd is used to. You want perfection? Don't waste the wait staff's time asking them to hurry up. Clean place, clean food.

This place is great. It's not a great sit-down restaurant, as the staff are very busy with all of the takeout orders. However, the food is AMAZING. 10/10 sushi. It's a bit expensive, but cheaper than most sushi places. There simply isn't a better sushi place within 20 miles of West Chester!Also, if you become a regular customer and don't order over DoorDash (use the phone), they include freebies! That's excellent customer service.Parking: There is a near-zero chance you will find parking near here.
