I had an unpleasant experience here. The shaken espresso tasted acidic and over-extracted. I usually just deal with it, but my friends tried it also and convinced me to speak up about it. We picked this place because we saw good reviews, but experienced quite the opposite. I politely brought this up to one of the staff, and she was so rude and non-apologetic to me. Now I’m left with a bad drink and experience.
West Chester has so many cozy spots to chill and this is one of them. I like the seating area they have on the side(outside). The coffee and food is great. I also get my coffee roast from here. Staff is super friendly and always greet you with a smile.
Remarkable service. Barista with the Linda pin was kind/fast enough to walk my drink out to me after I had to leave for a call. There was a line out the door so kudos for taking the time to do that!! Good latte as well
This is the best coffee in town, no contest. We will usually get it to go though. Super friendly and everyone who works here is amazing!! We are allergic to dogs (which is sad, I know) but it unfortunately becomes an issue with every coffee shop in town at this point and the cozy atmosphere is not there to sit and hang (think hard metal chairs). This is still, however, the BEST coffee so do not skip this when in town.
Baristas were super nice and complimented my outfit.
Best coffee shop in west Chester!! Dave and the rest of the staff are so friendly & talkative every time I come in. They also always direct me towards what they think I’ll like. The outdoor seating is so peaceful and pretty. But most importantly, the drinks are exceptional. The strawberry matcha and laser eye coffees are my personal favorites. Hard to beat!
Amazing staff and service and most importantly amazing coffee! Makes my morning everyday 💖
This is the best coffee shop in West Chester. Great coffee and drinks, friendly staff, and a cool spot. It’s got a nice outdoor area as well as good seating options inside! Good beans to buy for making coffee at home too! I like the free cup of coffee with the purchase of any bag of beans too.
My husband, toddler, baby and I go to Turks Head whenever we’re in the borough. I like trying their fun seasonal drinks and my husband likes their beans and lattes. We love seeing the dogs visit and live music. A staple!
Good coffee and service 👍🏼

The best cappuccino I've ever had in the U.S. Really far and above other cafes. Employees were super friendly and knowledgeable.
My only criticism is that, evidently, at some point in time, there were 2-top tables inside. There are photos showing this arrangement.
However, when I visited 3/13/25, there were only 2 long tables at the window, which could only accommodate, maybe 8 people. I just remembered that I had heard an employee telling a customer that there's an upstairs section that's quieter and with more seating.
Street parking (metered) is challenging, but I immediately found a spot in the public parking lot (also metered) half a block away.
They have all types of coffees, teas, and fruit drinks. They also offer bagels with a variety of toppings. They have danishes and coffee crumb cake as well. The cherry crumb danish I had was delicious.
I went here with a coworker prior to a work meeting to grab a cup of coffee and kill some time. I got a mocha, which was really good. We sat upstairs, and it was hopping at 10 am on a Wednesday. Lots of people hanging out l, talking and doing work and school work. We had a good time and would definitely go again.
The best Marsala !!!
Went in for a coffee and the total came to 5.50. I gave the barista 6 and got nothing back. Normally I would ask where the change is, but I was planning on putting the 50 cents in the tip jar anyway. The difference being that instead a normal interaction where I come back, I won’t be coming back because that’s a really weird way of doing business. Hope the 50 cents you were going to get anyway was worth losing business
Drinks are amazing, and atmosphere is one of the best! Turks id our go to coffee spot. They also have comedy nights, which is an added plus!
