I had a bad experience here. So bad that itās hard to talk about. One of the Barristaās handed me regular iced coffees on two occasions that tasted so bad I thought sheād tampered with them. I had another staff member taste it and she said it was undrinkable and threw it away. The Manager tasted the rest of the batch and it was totally fine. I asked an owner to investigate and it took days to get back to me to say heās reviewed the situation and there was no foul play. I literally thought it was dishrag water. The owner and manager did say they would go over the cleaning rules with the staff again but there were no sincere apologies nor, in my opinion, a sincere look into the situation. They had no concern for me or for my daily business since the day they opened. I was their biggest supporter and I tried in every way I could to handle this situation quietly and with respect. No respect was returned.
Edit: Their response is slander and defamation of my character. I have only said the truth of my experience and what happened to me. I advise that you reconsider your response carefully.

We only got two drinks in the morning, hence the 4 stars for food, as we don't have much to go on, BUT, it was the best organic matcha and flat white we've ever had. My partner and I were both impressed by the coffee and beverage prep, the service, and the cozy, charming atmosphere, and we plan on coming back. It is clearly a well-loved little spot.

The management has no regard or respect for their daily regulars, the coffee is bad so I usually ordered an expensive tea but twice I was handed coffee that was so bad I thought they put dishwater in it. The Lamontās are Trump supporters(and if asked, the staff are not allowed to talk about it) and the other owner was a bully to me when I went to him and his Manager in tears about the dishwasher water tasting coffee situation. The coffee was handed to me by the same Barrista who Iād previously told an Owner I thought had it out for me. I was told it was impossible that the coffee was bad or tampered with. They āchecked footageā so they say and just said I should clean my Turks Head reusable cup more. Iād been drinking water out of it before I got an iced coffee there.
They are nice to your face but watch out what they say behind your back. This of course, is all my opinion, and my recent experience there. And ask them what happened to their old regular, John G.
The brewed coffee was not great, which is surprising because they say they roast their own coffee. The crumb coffee cake was good. Plenty of place to work upstairs. WiFi was solid.
