I buy Vera through Philly Foodworks and they make the absolute best ravioli ever! The mushroom is my favorite and I will eat it until i explode. The fig and goat cheese is gorgeous and I am toying with plating it as a dessert ravioli with a whipped crème fraiche and vanilla bean.
Vera pasta is truly the best! We have enjoyed their dried pastas at home for the last few years and decided that they would make a perfect and unique wedding favor. Joe and his team were fantastic throughout the whole process. They labeled and packaged everything and made it so easy for us. Our guests loved the unique idea and we have gotten great reviews about the taste and quality of the pasta. You really helped to make our wedding day so special!
Vera is the only pasta we eat in our house (and our son eats pasta several times a day!). The shop staff is also very friendly and they have a great selection of pasta, sauce, ravioli, and prepared meals.
