Go there all the time and Spencer never fails to amaze me and my friends. Blizzards are always made to spec and even better when Spencer is at the helm. Great atmosphere when he’s in the building. Thank you for making my late nights more enjoyable❤️

Unfortunate experience tonight—we went to get our favorite blizzard that we have had at least 10 times—salted caramel truffle—and noticed it was missing something. I asked nicely about it and the employee (taller male with glasses, black hair and beard) said he had put extra candy in the blizzard nothing was missing. My husband waited in line and asked again and he was very aggressive and started putting an ingredient in his face saying I’ll pour more in and raised his voice saying he worked there for 35 years so he would know. Later we researched what was missing and it was toffee pieces. It was an uncomfortable experience, we ended up throwing away the blizzard and don’t think we can return here again.
