We’ve been coming here for years but this is the first time I’ve been compelled to leave a review. We dined in last night (11/30/24). Our food was delicious, but our waiter, Nathan, was THE BEST. It’s so hard to find good help anymore, and he was a gem! I hope he stays around for a while!
Very good food and relaxed atmosphere! The waitress and staff very welcoming and attentive also!

Food was very good at the Aurora and I got the Grill chicken Ranch. Staff was very friendly, they even served water in mason jars which was pretty cool, I like when restaurants do this! :)

I've been going here for years and have sat down and eating in their dining area which is pleasant and cosy in the staff is friendly and usually younger. The food is delectable and I highly recommend the pasta dishes as well as my go to favorite which is mind-blowingly good and that is the Aurora cutlet special. This consists of a chicken cutlet sandwich with a vodka sauce spinach and ricotta. This is something which you have to try to understand how good it is. You also want to prepare as it's next to impossible to eat without making yourself seem like a 2-year-old, as it is probably necessary to have a large stack of napkins handy! 👍🏼
Parking: Although the parking area in front of Aurora is not that large there are usually spots, but in the case that there isn't there is an enormous parking lot on just the other side of the complex which is just a few seconds walk, so there's always parking of some kind.
Kid-friendliness: They have a relatively large seating area, friendly staff, and I believe they may even have high chairs available, but I'm not 100% sure about that. They also offer a decent amount of kid-friendly foods on their menu such as chicken wings, fries, etc.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is located on ground level and is easily accessible by wheelchair.

Underwhelmed is putting it nicely. The menu is confusing. You order pasta and the sauces are additional money? I ordered Shrimp capellini fresca and it was missing the tomato and the basil and the garlic. Buttered capellini noodles with 6 or 7 shrimp is what I got. Way way overpriced.

Order a special pizza tonight, best soggy pizza I’ve ever had.
Rarely go here. Craving a tomato pie. Saw it on the menu, figured I would give it a try. I have never had a pizza that was actually inedible.
Wow! Old dough, overcooked, dry, bitter taste. Absolutely disgusting. Sad. 33.00 bucks! What the???

They were understanding when I called , and gave me a full refund, but honestly come on. Pie game is needs to be strong.
The staff and managment at Aurora pizza are the best! Great pizza, great service, friendly staff! I threw out a receipt that my boss needed from an order the day prior. The manager on duty the next day, was kind enough to find my order and text me the $65 receipt my boss needed for his reimbursement. Thank you, you saved me a hard conversation!!!!

Oh, how this place has fallen. I used to get dinner here three or four times a month for my family, but the problems are no longer seeming like isolated incidents, and instead a clear decline in quality.
Let me make it clear. Aurora was unequivocally the favorite Italian restaurant of my family ever since we moved to the area. Unfortunately, it has completely fallen apart at this point. An overall decline in the quality and consistency of the food has been ongoing over the past 12-15 months or so. Multiple incidents of not including things in my takeout orders, widely varying tastes in the same dish, and serving slightly undercooked food have piled up. Yet, I still kept giving them chances.
However, things finally culminated for me this evening when they sent me home with my wife's pesto shrimp gnocchi. The gnocchi were completely uncooked. Not undercooked. Uncooked. Raw. Dough. I am not sure how that happens but it isn't really acceptable for ANY restaurant to ever let a plate of raw food go out like that. Let alone pasta. If that can happen, what else is happening in that kitchen that I am not privy to?
It's very weird because sometimes the food is great and reminds me of old times and sometimes it's trash like it was today. I can only guess what issues are going on in the kitchen to cause this, as I don't have experience in the restaurant industry, but I hope they can figure it out.
Unless I hear of some new management or a new chef or something, I am done with Aurora. I'm giving this new review two stars instead of one simply because they were once fantastic and that potential is still there.
So long and thanks for all the fish.

Ordered a pepperoni and mushroom Sicilian pizza. The pizza was burnt and Gooey on the inside, very disappointing. Will not be back.

Second time in a row they got my order wrong. Ordered a large sausage and pepperoni, got a medium pepperoni. The guys behind the counter are ignorant and IF you actually get what you ordered, it’s only mediocre anyway.
Go to Bravo pizza f you want a real pizza!

Chicken parm was lukewarm. Service was sub par teenagers talking too much. Sad considering 4 tables in the whole restaurant. Plenty of time to provide solid service. Waited for the check. Service was much better in the past.

This restaurant has gone downhill so badly. I didn’t want to have to write a review but this is the second time that food has been ordered and it’s so disappointing. For the cost it’s not worth it. I ordered a calamari salad that my boss purchased for all of our staff. IT STUNK SO BAD NOT LIKE FISH LIKE ROTTEN SEAFOOD. It stunk up the whole preschool classroom i work in.. As someone who has had calamari 1030392 times it should not smell like it did. Apparently it was ordered two hours before i got it but that really means nothing because it was refrigerated. The lady was super rude and was like “i mean it’s seafood” well duh i know that but it’s still supposed to smell edible!? Their food is generally overpriced. DON’T EAT HERE.
